Worst hotel experience imaginable.

The room itself was clean and adequate. The bathroom was clean. There were few amenities.

When I arrived as scheduled it was pouring rain and I could not determine which door was the entrance. No lights were one. No staff were present. I tried calling the "administrator" and no one answered the phone. I had no idea what to do. I drove around the building, I looked for an alternative entrance. Finally a pas Radvila car appeared and I asked the driver what to do, She did not know. Another woman--an "administratorr"?--appeared and said to follow her. She took me through a darkened building and up three flights of stairs, opened a door and said this was my room. Then she simply left. I had asked if there was a lift. I am 71 years old and carrying my suitcases up the entrance steps and then the stairs to the room was very difficult for me. I should have had help with that. Breakfast and everything else requires special arrangements with the "administrator." It was a grotesque situation, the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life in any country over the last 50 years. I called the "administrator" and notified her that I would be leaving in the morning, that I would not stay the second night. She did not seem to care.
