Top accomodatie

Ontzettend mooie kamer en een prachtige douche. Konden makkelijk inchecken doormiddel van de sleutel code. We waren hier voor 1 nachtje op doorreis maar hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt voor 1 dag. Konden tot rust komen en het was er stil en rustgevend.

We hebben niet wat ons tegen viel

Tolle Preis-Leistung, viele Getränke im Lobby, sehr sauber und gut riechend. Schönes Design, top Lage und prima Kommunikation. Gern wieder

Geheimtipp für Kempten

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist top ! Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Es hat alles geklappt wie Schlüsselübergabe, Parken und Frühstück nebenan beim Bäcker !

Pleasant stay in a well-located, comfortable hotel

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room for the family, perfect location. Beautifully decorated, very good WiFi connection. Knowing that it was hot, the hotel provided sheets with duvets to cover up "lightly". Very good breakfast at the bakery next door on the hotel's recommendation. Recommended parking at a very reasonable cost.

Very hot temperature in the room in summer, the hotel is in the city (and not air-conditioned, but we knew that) it was rather difficult to sleep with the windows open (noise and street lights). No car park near the hotel, it was difficult to find a free place in the recommended parking.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering all the options we need - early in the morning. We did not notice the possibility to get eggs to order, but that is a really nice option.

it has a great location near great restaurants and shopping.

it was a challenge to find parking and you had to pay for the service. The price for parking was not very expensive.

The room was exceptionally clean, great central location and the staff were polite.

There was no soundproofing at all so you could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs. The pillows were also very unsupportive making it hard to sleep.

Self check in system was great, numbers were cosy and with interesting interior and many small details. Great location in the city center. We received good directions where to park the car and how to access the hotel

Very cosy and convenient hotel in the center of Kempten with a large parking closeby

Rooms very cosy and great bathroom with good shower plus showergel and soap to use including a hairdryer; very quiet even though in the center of Kempten; breakfast was also nice with plenty of choice

Room 12 was rather small to move around in - Room 14 was more than large enough

Nice hotel well located

Great location in the heart of Kempten . Warm and comfortable . Nice bathroom, plenty of hot water. Contactless check-in. The hotel had limited services due to Corona so a full review is difficult at this time. The hotel I would certainly recommend.

Nice and cozy stay near city centee

It’s a nice and cozy room. Not to big, but just big enough for a night or two. We stayed there for one night while travelling through to Italy. The beds are nice and the bathroom was very clean. The room is so cozy and has a great atmosphere. It felt very comfortable. We had a contactless stay due to COVID-19. We got our key via a lockbox and entered ourselves. Also because there reception is only till 12 o’clock noon. But it was fine, a bit lonely but okay for us. The hotel is available on call, so that’s no problem. In the room they left all information so it was all very good taken care off. Breakfast is also good. Not to big, but more than enough choice!

The room can be a bit to tiny for more night, but it was okay for us!
