Nie polecam !!!

Jedynym plusem była lokalizacja, blisko do metra

Skandalem jest brak zamykania w pokoju. Każdy mógł tam wejść z niższych pięter, a inni ludzie też wynajmowali tam pokoje. Żadnego zamka, zabezpieczenia, nic !!!. Musieliśmy zostawiać wszystko w otwartym pokoju. Łazienka miała zamek, ale zepsuty, co powodowało duży dyskomfort podczas korzystania z niej. W łazience nie ma ogrzewania, było zimno. W pozostałych pomieszczeniach ogrzewanie raz było, raz nie. Czasem było ciepło, a czasem ktoś wyłączał grzejniki i było zimno. W pokoju nie można otworzyć okna i przewietrzyć. Brak jakiejkolwiek szafy, nie ma gdzie położyć ubrań, nie można się rozpakować, ledwo mieszczą się walizki na podłodze Drzwi do salonu nie domykają się. Można je tylko zamknąć na klucz, co jest bardzo trudne w korzystaniu w ciągu dnia. Cały czas same się otwierają, co bardzo przeszkadza wieczorem. Podłoga tak mocno skrzypi, że ciężko się chodzi. Nam nie przeszkadzała skrzypiąca podłoga, ale właścicielowi bardzo. Upominał nas że mamy nie chodzić bo jest głośno!!! Właściciel nie pozwalał chodzić po godzinie 23 po wynajmowanych pokojach co powodowało brak możliwości skorzystania z toalety. Jest do dla mnie niedopuszczalne. Groził że nas wyrzuci, bo przeszkadzał mu hałas z skrzypiącej podłogi i głośno otwieranych drzwi, na co nie mieliśmy wpływu. Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna do jakości oferowanych usług.

Lovely friendly house and great location for family set up - be aware of the noise from shared house

The house is full of character and in a great location and set up well for families on the top floor

We had some awful other guests in the floor below who were up loudly until 4am - they ignored the owner and us asking them to quieten down and had obviously been smoking and taken drugs and were very inappropriate given there were children in the house. NOT at all the owners fault just very unpleasant people.

Stay away from this property!

Lage.

The flat is situated at the roof floor of an old and not-renovated house. The house has beautiful architecture but is totally un-renovated and probably in it's original state. The bathroom is with small "convenience" toilet and without heating; the children's sleeping room is also without heating (directly under the non-isolated roof!). When we arrived, heating was shut-off in the living room and master bedroom (it's February and it's cold despite the mild winter), doors to the living room cannot be closed.... Worse of all is that the place is simply dirty, there is dust (a lot of dust!) from last months in every single place (openly on the carpets, floors, furniture, hidden under the bed, everywhere you look....), mold of the windows (the window in master bed room cannot be opened because the hinge is broken)... after one very bad night in such a dusty place and an asthmatic attack (provoked by immense amount of dust), we could not stay any longer (one more night was booked) in a place of such poor hygiene. The owner did not bother to listen any of our reasons, I was insulted and called names and we left in a rush. I cannot understand any of the good reviews for this property.... please stay away from this place, you simply don't need the trouble, cold and dirt like this. My best thanks goes to customer service of booking.com, I reported the property and booking.com customer service reacted fast. I was granted a refund for the second night that we did not use. Instead we found a lovely accommodation asap in vicinity and enjoyed the rest of our short holidays.... Offering people a dirty un-renovated accommodation without heating in all rooms/bathroom is a no-go for more than 150 Euro per night!

Good place to stay in Summer for visiting Schiedam.

Friendly host, but the accommodation was not great

The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. The living area was very spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful.

The accommodation itself was noisy when people were moving around or closing doors (the doors were very creaky). Heating was not available in the bathroom nor in the 2nd bedroom booked. The 2nd bedroom also didn't have a door lock. Because of this we didn't feel comfortable when sleeping at night and during the day had to move all personal belongings into the bedroom that did have a lock.
