The view is stunning and fascinating, particularly watching a sunrise from the house is something that you will never forget.
The location is not bad if you rent a car. In Phuket, everywhere is far from everywhere though.
The host was so helpful and nice and did her best for us.
I think it should have been cleaner that it was. Although, I understand it is hard to keep it clean due to the large size of the house. But still, as a guest, I expect some seamless cleaniness.

Amazing , views to die for, great location and the Villa restaurant/pool were great along with their organised trips
The lights besides the bed weren’t working, we were told they would get fixed but seems the electrician was busy. Otherwise couldn’t fault the house, just amazing

Not much. The place was a disappointment.
The place is in need of a major make over. Furniture is old with a tiny coffee table in the lounge area sitting on a cheap and small fluffy rug. The lounge itself is small and uncomfortable (it had a burn mark caused by an iron (!) during my stay which conveniently for the next guest was being replaced on the day I left). The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Sheets and towells were replaced just ONCE during a 13 night stay! Upstairs TV did not work and is not a smart TV (how cheap is it to buy a smart TV these days?). Outside, the decking around pool is in a poor state. Pool itself is tiny. Guests are rationed electricity and charged extra for going over the limit, as I was. On several mornings around shower time the water was unexplicably cut off so had to wait until it was on again. Never again.

The host was amazing. She helped us to book the last minute a trip to Similan island. She even sent us the massagist to our stay. The villa house is spacious and beautiful. The maid comes to every day to clean the house.

the villa is really breathtaking, needs some repair (one window is broken and impossible to close, even technician could not fix it). The pool is great and decked terrace with sun beds. Villa is a private property but located in the resort so you can use main hotel’s pool, gym, restaurant and bar, which is really great.
2 tv units but at the upstairs bedroom doesn’t work at all, at living room only Netflix (no channels).
contact to Debbie was great, but then she ask to be in touch with Jenny who is a property manager of this villa. unfortunately it was problematic.. English not perfect and many misunderstandings. She not come to meet us, it was only maid in the property ( she doesn’t speak any English so could not explain anything at the villa, but the worst was check out.. she came 10 minutes later than we agreed, without our security deposit of 300€ and we needed to follow her 20 minutes each way to get the deposit back… it was our last day and we almost missed our flight as she took 45 minutes of our time!!! really not nice and stressful…

Dream place to stay during a vacation! It is a perfect place to stay away a bit from the center although you still have good access to beaches, the old town, and even islands such as coral island.
Felt very comfortable and welcomed by the local staff who helped us so much!
