The view was spectacular
It was very dirty.....

The apartment it self was good enough for us. Has everything you need for basic needs.
We really like that it was right infront of the beach, so you do not need to drive with car to come to the beach. The watter in the see is very clean. Really nice place to visit.
The parking was horrible. Yes, they do have solution, but it was claustrophobic experience. We had to go with car elevator downstairs and then placed the car in very tiny place (so you can not open all doors) and then watch out for every millimeter to not scratch your car. To do the final parking, you definitely need someone with you to assist you.

The location is excellent. The view from the apartment is awesome.
The apartmant is "old", no investment, doesn't look "clean". It's very pitty, because this location deserves more, in my opinion.
They don't guarantee you parking. If they give you parking, you have to pay min.12 EUR/day additionally.
Also, tourist taxes are not included: we had to pay more 2 EUR/person/day.

A perfect view, a big apartment and the beach just 40 stairs away from it

We stayed at Adrovic hotel for two days it was amazing, stayed at hotel california it was also amazing. We stay at plava vila and it took forever to find parking, also the moment that the hosts found out we were of Albanian decent everything changed. We were getting charged more for everything around including a late checkout when we told the lady that we needed 15 minutes after 10am bevause of the kids. And eventhou she said it was ok. We still got charged. Beds were awfull and no help whatsoever for anything. We were ignored during the whole stay. Figured the owner was serbian when we checked out hence the treatment. These people have a long way to learb hispitality.

The property is located on the front line, 10 m from the beach. Restaurants and grocery shops are in 5 min walking distance.
The beach facilities as well as the exit to the beach from the building are in need of updating.

The location and the view were undeniable. Also the beach was incredibly clear and rubbish free, which is more than can be said for the beach by the island. The staff in the restaurant attached to the apartments were amazing.
We paid 12€ a day for parking which was just parking on the street. If you wanted to use the sun loungers and umbrella owned by the apartments be prepared to pay 25€!! The hot water wasn’t very hot at all and the air con may as well not have been there.

Awesome balcony, the view, spacious apartments and great food in the restaurant.
Special and very professional host Dijana made our stay to be pleasent experience :)

Staff were nice to us. The view.
Rooms and bathroom were dirty (towels were only changed once in 7 days stay, shower door almost fell etc.). Beds are wobbly and creaking extensively (you can’t move without hearing loud noise). Air conditioner kept making weird noises and kept waking us up. The kitchen is old and the drawers are broken. Elevator only works for 2 floors, and you have to take stairs to the beach.

Perfect view of the Sv Stephan peninsula. It is right next to the beach, the elevator goes down to level 1, so there is only 1 floor to go down. Ok beach, rocky but relatively gentle descent, clean, we were off season so there were no crowds. Umbrellas and sunbeds could be in better shape. Spacious apartment, two bedrooms and a living room. The furniture in the kitchen and the bathtub in the bathroom should be renovated. After the season, value for money is acceptable. In the high season, the price increases significantly, so I would expect something in better condition.
Buthub should be replaced.

The location and the view were amazing...
Mold in the bathroom ??????

Roomy. There's a place to dry things after beach.
Everything is quite close by, including Sveti Stefan beach, which is brilliant. We went there at about 7 in the morning, and it was quiet, warm, beautiful.
It's quite a hell to get there. There's zero space to park while you go for reception, the reception itself was hard for me to find (it's the same for 3 hotels, look for a blue sigh overhead!), staff was not helpful at all.
Everything is old here. A lot of thing are broken, both in the apartment and around the beach. It all looks like there was a wild building up the area and no real looking after it since.
Local beach is rather poor. After a first visit I abandoned it altogether and went for Sveti Stefan, which is a bit of a walk, but much nicer.

I am as well hotel owner. But in this case I don’t know. What I should write first. If the personnel is not helpful at all or about dirty apartment full of mosquitoes. I ask to add baby cot and they charge me extra . But they didn’t bring any bedsheets or pillows. Just dirty bed. I ask about sejf box and they told me they come in 20-30min to open Becouse it was not prepared and didn’t come at all and after few calls they stoped to pick up my phone. Dirty bedsheets, floor, bathroom super bad smells. This stay was the worst ever we had. I didn’t recommend at all

Very helpful staff, stunning view, beach facilites are very good and calm - clean sea
Lots of stairs and not so modern

Great location just on the seashore, quiet place, Great view from balcony. Big 2 bedrooms apartment. Free sheslong but not during the high season which starts on 1st of July. Rooms was cleaned once in two days, but for some reason toilet paper was given only once per stay :/
The biggest disaster was parking. Car was damaged there, despite cameras no one cares and didn’t compensate anything. If you have new car (C/D wagons 4.7meters+) just avoid using it. I paid 10EUR/day for damages also it was hard to use because often when I wanted to get my car someone blocked entrance. After 4 days of usage just started using street parking on main road it was more comfortable and safer. Also I’d call this vacation noisy: noisy fridge which was hard to close, noisy vents on kitchen maybe because we had apartment on the top floor but you can hear very well noise of entire ventilation system, strange cracking sound from condition system (only in one betroom it works as it should) even when you switch it off next few hours you would hear that strange sound, even shower was noisy :) Luck of kitchen equipment only big knives.

· We have spent an unforgettable month (April) in the spacious Plava Villa, and enjoyed every single day of it! We rented an airy apartment with three bedrooms, huge living room, a great balcony overlooking the sea, and a perfect bathroom with hydromassage! Air conditioning is fantastic, water pressure and temperature were beyond our expectations - taking a hot shower or bath after swimming in the sea in early spring is an amazing experience! Dish washer, washing machine, microwave, cooker are modern, user-friendly and very efficient! All pieces of furniture, including beds and sofas, are exceptionally comfortable, clean and stylish, TV shows more than 600 channels in dozens of languages, the oil paintings are fitting marvelously into the interior, the beach is just five meters from the apartment, yet with ultimate soundproofing - it wasn't noisy at all during mighty waves. On the top of all that, we had a very nice discount in the local restaurant Amadeus, hosted by the owners of Plava Villa. All the members of staff are sincerely friendly, helpful, and outstandingly hospitable!
