Café da manhã bom. Recepcionistas mto atenciosos e simpáticos. Resolveram td que foi necessário.

Já havia ficado no hotel, mas desta vez a limpeza do quarto não estava boa. O banheiro estava com bastante logo dos azulejos e o banheiro cheirava mal (esgoto). O quarto estava escuro tmb. Pedimos que não nos colocassem perto do elevador devido o barulho e fomos colocados na frente do elevador. Depois de algumas horas aguardando, nosso quarto foi alterado.

HOTEL NAO LIGA O AR CONDICIONADO NOS AMBIENTES COMUNS

Nao foi possivel aproveitar nada pois o hotel nao oferecer ar condicionado num dia de 40° em Sao Paulo prejudicou totalmente nossos planos no local.

Nao tivemos uma boa experiencia pois desde a tarde do domingo 12/11/23 ate o dia seguinte, nao havia ar condicionado funcionando nas areas comuns como lobby, corredores dos quartos, bar etc. Em contato com a recepcao, nos informaram que estavam sem ar porque o responsavel havia levado as chaves do local onde regula a temperatura. Explicacao pouco convincente ja que bastaria chamar um chaveiro ao inves de deixar os hospedes durante tanto tempo num local extremamente quente e desagradável de ficar. Depois perguntamos a mesma coisa para uma pessoa do restaurante/bar e nos deram outra informacao. Disseram que nao era verdade sobre as chaves e que se tratava apenas de "ma vontade" da adminstracao. O fato é q escolhemos o hotel planejando passar a noite com amigos no lonby/bar, o que nao foi possivel.

My room didn’t have internet and nobody seemed to think it was a big deal.

Location and rooms are ok

I paid half the daily rate just to check in 3 hours early after a 20 hour journey from Europe. Despite this I didn’t have internet until 9 pm. The staff were friendly but not at all efficient in solving the issue with the internet and eventually I had to insist on getting another room where the internet was working. This caused me a huge stress as I was in São Paulo to work and needed internet. I was told a manager would get in touch with me but nobody bothered. Clearly this manager is not interested in providing a good service or having customers coming back

Weird elevator

Location

Elevator requires an extra step to confirm the number you just pressed ... never before encountered such awkward system. Shower had some sign of mold not completely cleaned off.

Close to shopping mall.

Not a good neighborhood. Although it’s near Ibirapuera park, it’s too far to walk to the museums inside the park. Staff has limited English so miscommunications was problematic. Breakfast was mediocre.
