A home far away from home

Good value for money. clean and comfortable. feels like home. the most of the staff doesn’t know English and yet they were very helpful and attentive. we would like to stay there again if there’s another chance. highly recommended.

the A/C is not cold. probably not a problem for anyone.

The view outside our window.. everyday we woke up to a different view due to the weather.. it was beautiful naturally

1. Breakfast - limitee choices, not hot, unable to request a variation. We were served the same breakfast every second day, either an omletter or a boiled egg. We couldn’t ask for a different cooked egg or different cold cuts 2. Housekeeping - our room was not cleaned proactively. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned, and only the bathroom was replenished and the bins were cleared. We even had to ask the reception everyday for our share of water. 3. Room facilities - limited sockets, lack of hangers in the clothes cabinet, no kettle, no room heater

If I wasn’t alone, I would have had a great time. As the solo cat, I had a good time every day

I had one meal, spaghetti with a salad. I was pleased with both. My ears popped a few times while arriving a few times due to the altitude. I walked around the neighborhood quite a bit and had great vantage points around the corner. Got my covid test before departing back home a half mile away and it cost 15. I don’t regret my choice at all staying at the Park Ave. hotel. Staff was also very, very pleasant.

I was hoping for a natural waterfall, but what was there was wonderful.

This hotel is not designed to meet the needs of professionals who are traveling for work.

Breakfast was very good. The kitchen brought me the breakfast within 15 minutes after I called each morning to request it.

There was a great deal of noise. People arguing and yelling. On a Friday night in the suite across from me, I could hear 2 male voices and 1 female voice, very loud, having a party until 4a.m. There was no daily room cleaning. I had to put my trash can in the hallway and ask someone to please take away all of the trash that had accumulated over the past 3 days. There was no closet, and no hangers, just hooks on a wall. The room did not have a convenient electrical plug, for charging my computer and phone. The WiFi connection didn't work in my room. So, I charged my phone and Mac, and used WiFi, in the breakfast room. The hotel kitchen is only able to prepare espresso and instant coffee, no other kinds. The room did not have a coffee maker.
