The house was in a fantastic location. It was clean, comfortable and had all facilities we needed for our stay. We would recommend to friends.

Cosy townhouse in the heart of Listowel!

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, lovely chilled atmosphere. Great location to access other parts of Kerry from Listowel. Close proximity to everything in Listowel also.

A lovely cottage style house,in a great location

Great location,all you need for self catering and more. The small house is comfortable and cosy. Would recommend to my friend and family. The host Breda was at hand if you need help.

Everything you needed was there, toiletries , cleaning supplies, basics in kitchen. The host thought of everything.

Great location, everything you need

The location is great, and it’s got everything you need for a family break. Breda was a great host.

The beds were fine, but quite hard. The upstairs toilet is in the en-suite which wouldn’t be ideal for everyone.

I'd stay at the Small House again, no question!

There was no breakfast, this is an rental and not a BnB. But there is a little grocer across the street with most of the food supplies one would need. The location was superb for my purposes, close to 'downtown' with the Saddle Pub across the street next door to the grocer. Mike the Pies is across the street as well but I never made it there.

Nothing you can do about the stairs! They are almost like a ladder rather than stairs! There was only ONE wine glass but lots of other glasses.

Functional little house in the heart of Listowel

Good location. Twin room was lovely and fresh, nicely decorated. Nice classic movies and good childrens books and toys. My daughter loved the sugan chair. Owner left a bottle of wine, chocolates and a welcome card and was helpful with arranging a babysitter.

The house was grubby and needs a thorough industrial clean. There are remnants of other guests belongings left in drawers (socks, cotton pads), bedroom counter tops and rugs were pretty dirty. Kitchen was very basic. Microwave was dirty as was some of the plates and kitchen utensils. Also needing a resurface and fresh paint in the downstairs bath and walls were mouldy. We were required to bring our rubbish to a local garage disposal unit on the morning of check out and pay €8 for the privilege. Paid €10 for towels and a $200 damage deposit.

Lovely house great location

“The Small House” is exceptional the attention to detail and comfort is the best I have encountered. Breda had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable from the welcome gift of wine to the fan for the unusually hot weather we are having. Plenty towels and toiletries supplied and a lovely seating area in the yard. Breda is very easy to contact and promptly replies to questions. I hope to return to Listowel and will certainly be booking “The Small House”.

Very good

Lovely little house at the side of the street. Owner very good to keep in contact and lovely welcome card and small hamper with tea, coffee, milk etc. Loads of extra tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. Listowel is a nice town to stay in. Good location in town. Liked the outside yard part. House clean and comfortable.

Had to take own rubbish. Some noise from next door through the wall at night.
