La ubicación en un pueblo precioso y en una zona que permite visitar un área amplia de la Costa azul
La casa está bastante destartalada. Las habitaciones no tienen nada para colgar ropa e incluso una de las habitaciones tenía un olor a humedad importante.

Gregoire is fabulous and the place is really lovely. The room has old style charm, and everything you need. there is a beautiful courtyard for breakfasts, and make sure you wander through the little township for drinks and dinner. It’s a lovely walk across to St Paul de Vence.

We had a super warm welcome and we loved the place & vibe.
The house - 300 years and family owned - is treated with love and is a special gem. Grégoire also gave us tipps for the area and around and is a caring personality what we appriciate. Merci beaucoup and we will be back here when around in the area for sure!

Very friendly and helpful host, great breakfast in the garden, lovely restaurant around the corner (Comme a la maison), wifi good, spacious room
Parking difficult, kitchen but no dining table in the room, shower could be cleaned better, room could be made more cozy (rug, dining table, plants), terrible pillows (would be nice to have two types to choose from).

The only thing we regretted was that we stayed only one night!

Location was great with a bar a short walk and lots of restaurants within a couple of 100 metres. Carles was a great host, and did our laundry without charging.
Breakfast was lovely and served outside in garden terrace.
The room we booked was on the third floor which didn't suit but we were accommodated without any difficulty on the ground floor which was perfect.

Breakfast was really good, especially if you are a fan of ham and cheese 😁, and Gregory is a great host, always quick with a joke and very helpful. Old 17th century stone house was magical, especially the garden in the evening with a nice bottle of vine. Priceless.

A typical French breakfast, I don't know if the gentleman who prepared it is the owner (it seemed so), but he put the bread and croissants in the oven so they were warm, he made us a good cappuccino. We also had homemade jams, honey, yogurt and orange juice.
That we did not receive a message explaining what we had to do in the situation where we arrived at the accommodation quite late, it was dark, we did not know where to turn on the lights. one of my three children accidentally bumped into a pendulum, two parts of which came off. When leaving, the gentleman called my husband to tell him that he would have liked us to tell him about the situation (he was right), but I was surprised that he reproached him for using the washing machine. (he had counted that I had used it 5 times). Maybe it seems to me, if so, I apologize, so once again we apologize for the pendulum!

super breakfast with home made confitures, croissant, orange juice, yogourth. the backyard used to serve breakfast is gorgeous.
less than 50 m from the church (and the bell tower)
I would recommend the host to have avaliable a list of the restaurant which are opened on Monday. It took us more than 120' to find a table available.
A slight sewer mell coming from the shower drainage... nothing impossible to tolerate, but I really detest it.

The quality over price ratio is very high. Position is good for going to many places. Host is nice and speaks several languages.
I would suggest to change the material of the sheets and to pay a little more attention to cleaning in the bathroom. Breakfast could be better but it is still great for the price.
