Quiet, peaceful location with lovely garden and farm outlook.
Wood ready at our door for fire and small kitchenette with ability to cook meals much appreciated. Definately recommend !!!!!

The farm stay was in a very quiet, beautiful setting. It had everything I needed to relax after work [a verandah looking out over farmland; BBQ; and very comfortable chairs in the loungeroom - it would be even better in winter with the wood heater too.]
The bed was exceptionally comfortable - I needed my alarm to wake me up!
I was able to cook meals using the electric frypan and small cooktop and the host Felicity was very friendly [but not intrusive] offering any assistance if required.
One day was very wet and my work was postponed so I had the pleasure of returning to the farm stay and doing paperwork in a very pleasant location
I don't have pets and was concerned that Id be aware of previous pets in the rooms. I should not have worried because there was no sign of any previous pets presence in the farm stay. It was spotlessly clean and fresh.
Thank you felicity.
I cant think of anything to improve on.

So quiet and peaceful could only hear the odd car but mostly birds. The recliner chairs were lovely and a bathroom that looked renovated recently. A bit small for my pup and myself but the beautiful gardens made up for that! Plenty of space to walk around.
Would have loved regular TV channels, luckily I bought my laptop and was able to stream the tennis. The layout of the cottage is odd. The fridge and bin needs to go where the linen cupboard is so you don't have to trek for things. Would be great to have the bathroom near bedroom too! I used the BBQ but it was placed in a hot spot so wasn't ideal. Not really suitable for long stays due to the kitchen facilities. I would love to see more photos of the place on the booking site. It's a shame there's not a photo of the bedroom, outside, the heater etc

The property and gardens were a lot better than pictured. The cottage was well maintained and was set up excellent. The gardens were extraordinary and picture perfect. We couldn’t help ourselves but to take a picnic rug onto lawn and lay amongst the trees and bushes in the relaxing atmosphere. Felicity was amazing and was very welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.
Everything was spot on and very good, but if I had to be really picky and say 1 thing I didn’t like it would be 1 of the blinds in bedroom wouldn’t close. It was ok because it’s on a property and nobody walking past window.

The farm location, with lovely deck and cosy fire for the evening. Lounge chairs extremely comfortable
Bed was too springy for a restless sleeper

Excellent surroundings and facilities, curious layout inside. loved the woodheater and comfortable chairs
Nothing really, if it was to be relaid out, the ensuite could be closer to the bedroom which could be a little larger with facility to place a case on.

It was a lovely little property with views of the working farm (sheep and cows) from the front room.
The owner was friendly and helpful.
Great location just outside of town.
The room smelled a bit like dog because the property allows pets.
The bed frame is metal so it creaks every time you move. Nothing a little WD40 wouldn't solve though :)

everything, stylish, comfortable, clean, great location and dog friendly. we were able to have our dog inside, it was cold and wet that night but our little cottage had a fire raging in the hearth, such a lovely welcome from our hosts. there was plenty of paddock next to our accommodation to enjoy the outdoors with our dog.
creaky bed could do with replacing

It was nice and warm with the fire going. The lounge chairs were comfortable and we could log into our programs on the TV.
I didn't like not having support rails at the toilet or the shower, or that the toilet is so low, but that is only because I am used to having rails at home and a higher toilet with my disabilities. Same went for getting up onto the verandah. No grab rail.

Well equipped house with wood fire & A/C in a quiet location.

A hidden gem this one just one cottage on a private farm. The fire was lit for us before we arrived & as it was cold was toasty warm for the welcome. Short drive to town but because where it was it was super quiet away from everything else.
A wonder around the grounds & the host family just let you do your own thing to relax. Very spacious & comfortable even a visitors book to fill in & read.
The water pressure was a little on the poor side but you can put up with this for the rest on offer.

Breakfast basket was more than we expected
More than we could eat
Beautifully presented
It was a real home away from home with all the little extras you would have at home.
Owners were exceptional, so friendly & helpful.
Nothing, could not fault it, just a bit disappointed no animals at the moment.

Location was perfect away from traffic noise yet close to eateries. Home was private and scenic. All supplies were provided - even electric blankets for a winter's night. Felicity was the perfect host.

An amazing place to stay. Well appointed, clean and homely. The perfect getaway.

Private Studio with outlook across cold misty fields, deciduous trees look shivery and cold without their leaves. The rich red glow of the fire place warming our room. What more could one ask for!

The cute and comfortable cottage is a must for anyone considering a stay in Glen Innes. Beautifully furnished and appointed, with all the requirements for self catering. Great fire and helpful hosts. It was raining and cold ( minus 1 overnight) on the day we stayed but we could imagine a beautiful sunny afternoon or morning in this location. There is nothing quite like waking with your morning cuppa looking out on a field of sheep and cows with nothing but the countryside to inhale. Bed and bedding, cozy knee rugs and easy chairs made for an amazingly comfortable stay. Arron & Felicity have a winner here and we wish them every success with this farm stay location.
