Alles gut.

Rien !

Mooie kamer, gratis parkeren
Ontbijt was pas om 07.00 uur open, niet handig voor reizigers die op tijd naar het vliegveld moeten, kregen ook geen ontbijttas mee, terwijl je er wel voor betaald hebt.

The property was clean. It’s close to a grocery store and has some restaurants near by. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing! The breakfast was delicious!

Nice staff, nice room, nice breakfast
Nothing to comment here.

The hotel was easy to find and we were given a quiet room. Got extra pillows without a fuss. Breakfast was good - a typical European breakfast with meats, cheese, veggies and delicious bread. Coffee was very good. We had a lovely stay.

We arrived late and staff were very helpful and although limited menu, supper was fine. Breakfast very good.n

This was a lovely hotel and the perfect place to start our 2 wk visit to Iceland. The hotel was easy to find with free parking right in front of the hotel. As we had just flown from the USA and had a bit of jet lag we were happy the hotel was able to offer early check in for a small fee. That was perfect! So after a nap we were ready to start exploring! the hotel itself is very clean, well maintained with a nice little bar, free use of the gym next door, a lovely breakfast room and a sports bar connected towards the back of the hotel. The food in the hotel and bar were great. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need and of course as we found all over Iceland, the people were so kind and friendly.

the staff was nice.
broken toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder, broken shower head and tv remote did not work(likely battery).

Good accomodation, clean, quiet. Gym and sauna free off charge
Little bit further away from the center.

Everything.
Nothing.

Warm comfy rooms, helpful staff, location closer to the airport, good breakfast (and long time for breakfast 7:30-10). Pool and gym nearby (though did not use as it closes at 8pm), bar. Best thing is that althought there are many lights around we could see aurora well from our window on the 3rd floor (couldn’t see it when we went outside). Direct bus connection with central Reyjkjavik (bus no.1, bus stop jus outside hotel).
Beds could be double rather than two single ones but that’s a small thing.
4.2
The room it was cozy, warm and clear.
Clean bathroom and towels.
They had the essentials for a classic good breakfast.
The dossier with the additional information in the room was very helpful.
We enjoy very much the sauna and the outside jacuzzi under a sky full of snow.
The main entrance and corridors were very smelly, likely not the room.
A continuous noise can be heard all night from the main road.
Be careful with the bus stop because the
Reykjavik Excursions - Flybus Airport Transfer is not a reliable way to leave you outside of the hotel but the closest stop it is at Viking hotel (1,7 kilometer away), only the city - public busses they will leave you outside with the correct routes.

They don’t allow breakfast to be taken to room or give us a packed sandwich so we land up not eating as we were awake for long in night to look for northern lights. I believe they shall have facility to pack a coffee and sandwich minimum.

I liked the view from the room. I like how short it is from restaurants. The breakfast was alright.
There was bad smell coming from the hallway and there was also this bad smell coming from the room. You do get used to the bad smell but I would prefer if it didnt stink in general. Then I found out that there had been some sauce splatter hidden behind night table in the room which indicates that the room was not properly cleaned before arrival. I also have to add that I didnt like how the door opened to the bed which made it kind of difficult to open the door fully.

convenient location, very clean and had everything we needed.
the breakfast was limited.

Economy room very basic--one pillow per bed, small bathroom. Room looked modern and was clean. Towels were nice. Breakfast spread was fantastic.--presented beautifully with much variety. Had dinner at attached restaurant which was convenient. Hotel will give you a bagged breakfast if you ask--sandwich, juice, protein drink, banana and sandwich. Saw the northern lights in parking lot.
