The rooms are clear and airy
Food variety at breakfast may need to be improved. Add starch sources from Uganda

Friendliest staff ever
The room was quite small and they initially gave us a very bad and dark room with no view until we asked for a change

I liked the ambiance. The setup of the compound was intimate. The rooms were cute, especially the cottages.

The breakfast options were satisfactory, all food groups covered. I particularly loved the marble cake!
The staff were wonderful, very gracious and professional. I enjoyed myself and plan on doing another weekend there
There was some construction work going on and there weren't any instructions on what path to use when leaving or coming back into the hotel. It was a bit of a hazard

Was very well coming & The Staff were very helpful with all our needs.
We were told that there is an Indian Menu available but when we were trying to order from the Menue. The items were not available… So we decided to go out to eat in the Evening.
Only had Chips as Snack at the Hotel on our Arrival.

The breakfast was okay only issue is that they have no variety. Had practically the same stuff for the three mornings i stayed there
The bed mattresses could be better....soft mattresses aint an in thing any more.

Breakfast was fine and location is good in Jinja, easy to get anywhere.
I have stayed at the hotel before this trip and will use again
They can switch on coffee machine for a cappuccino at breakfast.

The location and amenities food and staff
I stayed in Cottage 6. The floor was dirty slippers were dirty and slippery. There was water stagnant on the bathroom floor on check in.

Large spacious rooms and friendly staff who handled our check in expeditiously.
Would have appreciated more variety at breakfast especially with so many more local fruit being in season.

The place is beautiful, the staff is great, nice pool, nice room and bathroom and great food. Overall, i really really liked the place!
The wifi was a catastrophe, no connection at all in my room and spotty connection in the garden/main area, the gym needs to be done up.
