The location right in town is perfect.

Highly servicable, great staff and location.

Its a nice place. Obviously an old pub feel to it, but all good.

Stairs, but I had a bad knee. You get that.

Lovely place to stay, great meals at the restaurant

The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise,

The disabled bathroom was a great size, but the water from the shower went all over the floor, the shower screen needs to be adhered to the floor to stop the water pooling under it

because it was over the holiday period it was expensive overtime stay.

the bistro was great and the food exceptional for a regional pub

the rooms are large and very clean. the walls are paper thin and no extras like tissues etc. needs a major update.

The ladies (at the bar) we met on day one and two were very helpful and very friendly. No road noise.

The noise from next door. Noisy / smoking workers next door right outside room from very early in the morning. Walking through bars to get to and from room /car. The parking. People banging doors late night/early morning. The cleaner bursting in the room with "do not disturb" on the door. The smoking that happened outside bathroom windows that don't close. The night security light that illuminated room all night. Needed to close bathroom door all night to block out some of the lights.

Basic room in a nice township

Nice location

Had a bad experience with the room next door - the TV was turned up loud all night. Sleep was impossible.

room ok but pub hideous place to stay …. no view no atmosphere. awful staff. grungy pub atmosphere. good for rougher typ

once I got into room it was clean

the staff, Scaffolding outside my room window & dangerous scaffolding stairs to enter. no visitor parking, locked out because staff indicated wrong entrance to come back to. didn’t tell me locked up at 10pm.

Quiet Country Hotel in Bellingen.

Great meals in the Bistro. Central location to town. Clean linen and towels. Continental breakfast provided.

Beds were uncomfortable. No microwave. Access via scaffolding due to renovations was not mentioned when making a booking.

The staff allowed early check to accomodate out travel plans. The food at the venue was amazing.

The scaffold stairs for out of hours access. Was very precarious in the inclement weather. Parking was a bit confusing due to the building works happening next door .

Superb

The bar down the hallway, and the very friendly bar tender lady.

The scaffolding on the side of the building causing a very unsafe journey when leaving the hotel in the night. The wet weather also caused me to fall down a dozen stairs. Can understand construction work, but additional safety measures could be taken.
