Beachfront location

Right across the road from the beach. Ample car parking right out the front. Quiet room.

We hadn't realised that the children would be in bunk beds. The breakfast was ok - the butter on the table had been out too long (couldn't use it).

Fronte mare, tutto nuovo e pulito, parcheggio gratuito disponibile in strada, colazione adeguata, reception disponibile in certi orari, frigo bar, letto comodo

Alcune camere a pian terreno non hanno il balcone per cui se si rimane più giorni e si fa mare si potrebbe avere problemi ad asciugare asciugamani da mare e costumi

Superb

Excellent communication, easy to get to by car. Great location - across the road from the beach. We travelled in mid October so it was very quiet. Great staff, good breakfast and excellent coffees. Price we paid for that time of year was very good. Would highly recommend.

The accommodation was clean and the breakfast was quite good but the same every day.

The accommodation declares that they are able to speak in English but it is not valid. The absence of English speaking person causes many problems and at the end, it costs you a lot of money. We wrote some questions about accommodation and we got just a short answer without a full reply and we had to pay more because they didn´t understand and didn´t reply. They made no effort to admit their mistake and communicate with the customer about it. They don't deliver what they promise. Another thing is that in some apartments you don´t have any possibility where to dry your swimming things

Check which room you will get, before you book this hote.

WE were expecting a hotel on the waterfront with an ocean view, but only the ground floor roomd were open. The upper four floors wers closed ! Had we been advised about this, we would have booked another hotel. Booking.com should have made us aware of this inportant situation.

A beach on your doorstep

Modern, hotel-style rooms of a good size. Very good breakfast provided in dining area. Parking right outside and beach literally across the road. Our room had its own little patio area outside with coffee table and chairs. Nearest bar about 1km away on foot.

Absolute perfection. Cleanliness and comfort of an impeccable kind, such that I slept the deepest, most relaxing sleep. You could eat off the floor at this place. The staff is unbelievably kind and gracious. The sea view is gorgeous, the breakfast lovely, with parking right outside. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Per l'ultima volta, grazie mille per tutto 😂 Siete stupendi 🙏🏼💓

Good accommodation, perfect breakfast en nice area.

We stayed here one night and it was perfect for that. Clean room, free parking, directly at the beach. In the evening some nice bars around. Breakfast was perfect!

WiFi connection needs to be improved. And I would recommend a small minibar/fridge in the room.

Best place in Schiavonea.

Everything was perfect. Nice people perfect breakfest. Cleaning every day, event if IS not neccessary. 👍

Event location IS not really quiet, hotel IS ok.
