The location. The view. The people. The price. The convenience of having the beach, the pub and restaurant all right there!
how far it is to get back to for our next visit!

The waterfront location was perfectly lovely with amazing views and beach access. The proprietors are the most lovely people and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. We greatly enjoyed breakfast each morning and the dinner selections. Christine was very helpful in supplying fresh towels and keeping everything tidy. The adjacent pub (with the same proprietors) was an ideal example of local Irish life and we enjoyed getting to know the other patrons during our visit.
The only thing that could have been better would be more dining options which we understand had been reduced during the covid period. The village is quite small and there is only one other pub that is only open in the evening and there is no lunch option available. This is in no way to diminish the lovely experience we had, just information so that visitors are aware of the options available. We picked up snacks at the grocery in Dingle to have them in our room between the available meal times.

Location
Having to go to a different building for a limited basic menu for breakfast. Not great in the rain.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good, bar facilities was very good, room was very comfortable.
Parking was a little cramped as in no marked out spaces, the staff would need to check there emails more often.

The room was big. There was a cot waiting for us with blankets which was nice. The extras like cotton buds and air freshener in the bathroom was lovely. The bed was very comfy.
The room needed a bit a love - wallpaper coming off, broken floor in the bathroom, rattling door. We went for dinner and they lost our order so we were waiting for an hour - no one checked on us, we had to ask - we were ok but our 15 month old daughter was very hungry. Breakfast was edible but not the best and was not a full Irish as advertised - no hash brown, no beans, pudding was burnt so we couldn’t tell which was black or white. Parking very difficult as no spots are marked out, you have to find a place to fit your car. No actual parking spaces.

Lovely position right on the coast and part of a pub. The atmosphere in the pub was great, which was family and child friendly and we enjoyed Irish music played by a French band. There was no noise from the pub while we were in our room.
The room itself was nicely done up and very comfortable with a great shower.
We arrived to find they were not serving food that night and the only other place close also did not do food. Fortunately we had a car and could drive to a nearby town for a meal but would not be easy if you did not have your own transport.
Breakfast started at 9.00 am which was a bit late especially on our last day when we had a long day and wanted to get away early.

The room has lovely views out over the ocean inlet. It’s in a great location and there is lovely cliff walks close by . Great chowder there.
The stairway to the rooms really smells like a wet dog due to the terrible carpet on the stairs. The toilet in the room is not ventilated and smells also.

The room was lovely and clean, and the view was tremendous, a lovely, laid-back atmosphere. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, and the food was spectacular, would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent. We stayed in 'The Sleeping Giant The view from the room was absolutely amazing. Room was clean , shower was brilliant. The owner, Fiona, was so nice. Breakfast was taken care of by another lovely lady called Radka. All in all it was just a really nice friendly place to stay. Everything you want to see is close by. I would stay here again.
We have fallen in love with 🇮🇪

You could not ask for a more picturesque view of the water and green hills of Dingle. There is a great walk around the peninsula adjacent to the hotel that was a favorite of ours for sunset or early morning strolls.
Broken pipe problem addressed efficiently while we were there but it did interfere with breakfast during our stay.

It was very convenient to all of the Dingle Peninsula. The staff was very friendly at Tigh T.P and the food was excellent. We would love to come back.

Whilst the staff had done everything to make our stay comfortable and were perfectly pleasant, the accommodation itself was not the luxury room with a scenic view we had anticipated. We overlooked the back of the building where the bins and kitchen were situated, and could see that modern buildings were obscuring the view of Mt Brandon (after which our room was named.) I think we would have been much more satisfied if the room had simply been marketed differently to give us lower expectations. The big bed was comfortable and the shower efficient, but the fabric of the room and building was more hostel than luxury/ quirky coastguard building. The catering was provided by a different company. The breakfast was ok, but the bar food was mediocre at best. We wanted to discuss our concerns with management, but they weren’t available in the mornings. All this said, the location is a fantastic one right opposite the beach. Swimming is safe and there are lovely walks nearby. We found good food in a nearby village pub with a great ambience.
Sorry, I’ve put it all in the above box. (A cordless kettle would have saved us from having to move furniture to reach the socket.)

It's close to Dingle town and there is a beach right by the accommodation. The breakfast was great, Sean was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a very nice view.
Other guests returning to their rooms were very noisy late at night. No fault of the owners.
The room wasn't serviced during our 4 night stay.

The location is on the beach, the view is gorgeous, nature wonderful.
Sound insulation in the room doesn't exist, you can hear conversation from the next room like it's going in your room.

The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful with their recommendations
Gorgeous setting, very close to Dingle. Comfy bed in a spacious room. Great shower. Delicious, generous breakfast. Appreciated the on-site restaurant. Great food.
Stag party on Saturday was loud.

Freindly people beautiful location
The staff super freindly but not easy to find when needed. It was very noisey from the group parties in the pub.

We stayed in the “3 sisters” room. Best view we could’ve asked for. The bed was super comfy and there was a kettle, tea, and biscuits to make us feel right at home.
The only thing—the pub could offer a vegan entree on the dinner menu.

View of the sea from bedroom
Not knowing the restaurant was closed during our stay. This was not advertised when we booked the room.

Amazing views and we were right above the pub so we could walk downstairs for food and pints. The beach is lovely and I did jump in like the locals do! The host was very helpful and apologized for not realizing the 2nd bed should have been set up. They don’t get the info from booking on who is necessarily staying and we were just 2 friends traveling together. No big deal as there was extra bedding in the cupboard. Since it was still the end of slow season, the kitchen may close early due to not enough customers but when we did eat dinner/breakfast, it was delicious. Beautiful area!
My only minor issue was not knowing where to check in when we got out to the location. There wasn’t a direct sign on the pub door indicating where we go. We finally asked someone sitting outside and they said to check in at the bar. From there the bartender brought us upstairs and gave us our key-she was very kind!

Breakfast and view from room were excellent.
Room was consistently with little or no heat. Bathroom floor was dirty. On Sunday night there was a loud party in bar below which went til 4am and keep us awake. When I booked room, was not told room was over a bar. Other nights were quiet.
