Place, atmosphere and beaches nearby.
Wifi signal doesn't cover bungalows. But you all time able to connect Internet in a public place.

Small but comfortable bungalow-studio, everything we needed as a couple! The shower worked very well, the towels & linens were all clean and sufficient. Nice alternative if you want the comfort of a bed and basic amenities but also want the casual feeling of being closer to nature and avoid camping. Check-in was smooth. Location is great, nice beaches and Assini castle nearby, and only 10-15' away from Tolo & Nafplio by car. Would definitely visit again for a little getaway.

The staff at Xeni were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The food was very good: meatballs, pizza, Greek salad, breakfast.
The staff sang happy birthday and brought cake for my daughter’s birthday.
The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Xeni is the perfect place to stay amidst multiple cultural and historical sites, and it is walking distance to the beach! The hostess and staff are very friendly and helpful. There are multiple small villages nearby, each with excellent facilities for a traveler. We would definitely book here again.
There is nothing we did not like.

Quiet area, fresh oranges and mandarins. Beach close by.

we stayed in the family bungalow, which has a handy little kitchenette and a porch area with dining tables and deck chairs. Lovely space to take a leisurely morning coffee, or to unwind with a home-assembled Greek salad in the evening.
The restaurant has lovely Pizzas and good desserts if you don’t fancy cooking. Also many other restaurants in walking distance, the closest of which has delicious fresh fish and is right on the beach. The manager made us feel very much at home throughout our stay.
Double bed was comfortable and clean, I slept very soundly.
Decent Snorkelling at the local beach, and right next the fascinating Asine archeological site and acropolis.
local cats are adorable and kept us good company while we sheltered from a storm on the patio reading our books.
nothing, all was great.

Very easy to find and very close to the beach (walking distance even for young children). Hosts are very nice and even offered us some fresh oranges to squeeze. We also benefitted from a discount in the nearest restaurant situated on the nearest beach.
The breakfast is amazing with fresh juice, yogurt, bread, marmalade, ham and cheese a good way to start the day.
We didn't use the kitchen available in each bungalow but we appreciated the presence of a fridge. We were too early in the season to taste the Greek cuisine of the XeniCamp restaurant

- The place, splendid, in the nature, just next to a bus stop that goes to Nafplio, Tolo, Assini and Drepano, and in less than 5 minutes by walk from a very beautiful beach, an archeological site, a restaurant and a bar.
- The hosts, very welcoming, very friendly, and very helpful. They helped us in various situations when we needed !
- The camping in itself was really nice, very clean and quiet. Also the equipments were really nice: a very good restaurant (you should definitely eat there!), a cafe-bar and a small convenience store. The bungalows are cosy.
Nothing, everything was nice !
