Mi è piaciuto tutto. Un luogo carino con staff simpatico e gentile . È tutto pulito e ben curato e la spiaggia non è troppo grande ma pulita e ben servita; è privata del resort e soprattutto è VERA ! c è la SABBIA e non strane piattaforme di cemento come spesso capita. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile; i ragazzi dei tour operator interni al resort sono simpatici e disponibili, ma al bisogno seri ed affidabili. Il cibo è buono e c è una ottima scelta Tutto talmente bene che ho prolungato la vacanza di una settimana.

Purtroppo l italiano qui non si parla. Ti dicono per essere gentili ...ma sanno si e no tre parole ...quindi organizzatevi con l inglese ....e magari russo e ARABO 🤣

المكان اصغر واقل رفاهية مما في الصور ولا يستحق ثلاث نجوم والغرف بحاجة لبعض التجديد وكذلك الاسرة. المكان نظيف وكافة الذين يعملون بكل مستوياتهم طيبون رائعون متعاونون

المكان اصغر واقل رفاهية مما في الصور ولا يستحق ثلاث نجوم والغرف بحاجة لبعض التجديد وكذلك الاسرة. يفتقر للمساحات الخضراء وبركة سباحة واحدة صغيرة نوعا ما الاكل نوع ما جيد واصنافه محدودة المكان نظيف وكافة الذين يعملون بكل مستوياتهم طيبون رائعون متعاونون لا يستحق اكثر من 5 نقاط من سلم تقييم 10

Good location but don't expect anything about food or wifi

- Location is good - with lots of shops for souvenirs and pharmacies, and a supermarket that opens 24/7 - They gave me a free room upgrade to one with seaview which was a pleasant surprise - They also paid attention to detail and found out my birthday during my stay. I came back the day to my room with a slice of cake and a big fruit platter which was a sweet gesture - Staff were mostly friendly and approachable

- Food was bad: 1. very bland overall and just didn't live up to the standards of a 4-star resort 2. when requesting meal boxes I got given dry pastries for breakfast and two slices of bread and a cucumber for dinner which was just horrible 3. Complimentary fruit juices which were included in the all-inclusive package tasted very cheap. It's like they had mixed fruit syrup and water instead of coming from botteled juices. Once again, not the standard I expected from a 4-star resort if that's how you brand yourself 4. Machine coffee was the only option, they didn't even have handmade coffee available which is again, not what a 4-star resort should offer - Wifi was extremely patchy. There is only free wifi available at the lobby which constantly goes in and out. No wifi at all in the hotel room - Room was, although spacious for one person, not always the cleanest especially in the bathroom. There were ants crawling around and the only toiletries they offered were cheap soap used as both shampoo and handwash. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided.

Best hotel in hurghada for quick cool vacation 😎

Everything was great.. location, staff.. room .. cleaning.. food .. animation team.. Sea.. view ... price, of course

Food was really delicious but need more variety. Especially the deserts

Disappointing

The beach was good, And the room was decent and had a good view, the staff were very helpful.

The room wasn't that clean and I got ants in my room (a lot of them), the food was horrible, there were a lot of choices but what I've tried wasn't good at all. The parking is very far and I had to pay for it. Also the hotel was very crowded.

I don’t think I’m going to go to this hotel again unless some developments accur.

The beach is good inside the hotel.

The room is not good (old furniture) and the stuff are very unprofessional . The food is also not good at all.

Beach is perfect. Bar staff are so kindly and good. Clean and animation team is good. Nights shows are perfect.

The food was not so good lack of diversity. I reserved all inclusive but Turkish coffee was not included I paid for it . Also some hard drink coktels I pay for . Heniken not included !. Elite coktel not included. but beach bar closed early at 5 pm while sunset is 8 pm also beach close at 6:40 pm but sunset is 8 !!. Pool is small. Night shows songs all are for Russian kids and animation team ignored that there are Arabs kids not enjoyed even one song!.

Good stay overall

The location of the hotel is very good on Al-mamasha El-seyahi (the touristic walk). The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The price of accommodation is very, very cheap for being all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, ice cream, and beach towels). The service is excellent and they have a luggage scale at the bellboy desk next to the hotel entrance.

The hotel looks old and the furniture of the rooms are old. Food was average.

Amazing Stay

The food is very tasty and variable, the staff is very friendly. Air condition is super. The beach is very nice. The animation team is very friendly too.

Brilliant

Food was variable and plentiful. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful.

Plates being cleared at mealtimes straightaway which meant that if you got up to get some more, or dessert etc - then somebody else sat down at your table, unless of course you left something on there like a bag to show table was "taken". - big problem if on your own.

I liked everything in total. The staff was welcoming, useful, helpful. You have the feeling of taking care. Totally safe place to spend a pleasant vacation. Food and all beverages you need were plenty. Fruits and vegetables always fresh and tasty, meal time was really well organised.

Great beach ⛱️, good food, nice room and attentive staff on all levels specially Mr. Mohamed and his team from reception, Chef's whom always smile and Hany from beach bar.

Need to wake up early to have a chaiselong with a shade.

I really enjoyed my stay and believe it was an excellent value of the money

Room view was fantastic. Food was ok. Staff is nice. Entertainment and animation team is great and friendly. Christine used to stop for a chat and update whenever she can.

Avoid if possible

Location to airport is just about the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast and lunch food quality is adequate, but dinner was not appealing or even appetising!

Food quality overall was appalling. Facilities around hotel not clean. Bedrooms not clean or comfortable
