Superb

Very convenient location. Nice little gym. Didn't see a single member of staff the whole time and didn't need to!

Parking is expensive and cant be pre-booked

Great stay, lovely place, would come again for sure.

Wilhelmsen House was a really relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It is right near the train station which is really convenient and it is a 5 minute walk to shopping centres etc. It was a great place for us and our son.

The time of year made it difficult to get the food we like for breakfast and lunch so that was a bit frustrating. The WH Cafe had some options but they were quite limited.

A good stay in Tønsberg

Nice and clean room, vending machines for buying drinks, candy and food that could be heated up in a nearby microwave. Check in was nice and done all autonomously.

Room was a bit small, but ok for just one night. First I parked at the hospitals parking, but later found out that it was forbidden, so I parked in the hotel's paid parking.

We left soon after we arrived.

Location was not convenient, not near city center and directly accross from a busy hospital.

No staff. Noone to help you at all. Poor location, small rooms. This is NOT a hotel. It is probably used for family of hospital patients.

Nice and cosy

Very cosy, german countrystyle hotel. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Breakfast could be a bit more various. More local food? Fresh juice? :)

Nice rooms, easy check in

Breakfast with very little to choose from, poor quality. NB! The hotel has a helicopter landingspace very close for the nearby hospital. The hotel was literally shaking several times during the night! Poor sleep!

Lovley, lovely stay and would definitely recommend Wilhelmsen House as a place to stay

We loved our stay the accomodation was lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable, the food available in the shop area was very fresh and lovely. The smoothies were excellent and the sandwiches very fresh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were staying to attend a football tournament our son was part of and one member of staff was lovely giving us advice on bus times and availability etc. All staff we saw during our stay were lovely. The outside area is lovely also, with the wonderful warm weather we had I could have sat in the garden area all day!! Very relaxing with soft music playing.

Only thing that I was a little disappointed with was there was no kettle, cups, glasses in our room. Its nice having faciliities just to make a cup of tea / coffee in your own room but there was no facilities for this. Also just maybe having some glasses etc so that if we buy drink for our room we had something to drink from. Also the fact there isn't staff available at evening times etc so that if questions like these arise you have someone to ask but this is only an observance rather than complaint! There was nothing in the information saying there would be any of these facilities so I should not assume.
