Very good apartment and location

Very good location. The Uban station is 1 min away. Not very fare from the airport. 4 station away from city center. Supermarket some minutes away.

Not very responsive in app and on phone. But we got the info e enjoyed our stay

Konnten zu Fuß zum Lichter Weihnachtsmarkt laufen das war uns sehr wichtig.Trotz direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen seh

Aussergewöhnlich sauber und die Lage nah am Fredenbaumpark

In einem Schlafzimmer konnte man die Heizung nicht runter drehen war sehr warm

Good

Location was good and the apartment had everything you could need and was nice and clean. The host was very helpful and answered all questions within a few minutes. Had a nice stay here, thanks to the host :)

We got to the property late (11pm) there was no where to park the car on the on street parking. We couldn't find parking for ages and when we did we had to walk back to the apartment, which was 2.5 k too. However when we ask the host the next day for somewhere to park, he gave us a car park which was a short walk away only 2 mins.

We did not even made it into the appartment. No pincode provided for the keybox and no one available to help us

The fact that there was no one to open the door for us and no pincode for the keybox was provided. There was not any response for 4 hours and finally we where rescheduled to a nearby location. At some point the owner send us a pincode, but this was way to late and no apologies where made.

Big apartment, close to city centre

The apartment is huge, more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The double rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The mattress was memory foam and on the firm side, which we prefer. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. There is a smart TV which has Amazon Prime etc. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre. There is a Lidl supermarket close by which was great for picking up snacks etc.

It is on a busy road and there is noise from the traffic when the windows are open. It was very warm when we stayed so we needed the windows open. The bunk beds are in an area in the living room, with curtains to screen them from the rest of the room. Our kids were fine with this, but it was not clear from the booking details that this was the case.

Exceptional

The location is perfect for visiting the City, not far from the railway station, 2 min walk - the metro station - to visit the stadium. The apartment is cozy and well-designed, and all the necessary equipment including kitchen tools is available.

room for improvement but well on it's way!

The location was great for us! It's not really a pleasant neighborhood and there's not that much to do around there but the connection with public transport was amazing! Traveling to the centre was very easy and it was only a 2 min walk to the metro station! For the price point it was okay and we will definitely come back again!

The lighting in the apartement was very white which made it lack that cozy feeling. In the hallway and the master bedroom it was great! but the rest of the rooms could use some softer lighting, maybe some nightlights? It would also be great if the bunk bedroom had some kind of door or maybe even a curtain to give it some privacy from the living room. Also when we just arrived and were looking around we saw that the shower was still wet and had a hair in it.. so we didn't use it during our stay.

Apartment was perfect for exploring Dortmund, great location and transport links.

Location ideal for travelling into the city, tram stop less than 5 minutes away Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed

Apartment was very hot due to heatwave would have appreciated a fan in the second bedroom and living room Only provided with one bath towel, plenty of hand towels though

Would stay there again it was a nice apartment in a good location.

The handover was easy we were met at the apartment where we were given our keys. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed - there was nothing missing. The location was good with shops close by.

The weather was warm when we stayed there and we only had a small fan to circulate and cool the air. If you like your privacy... there was no door on one of the bedrooms and the second door had a frosted sliding glass door.

Definitely 100% not recommended - Hopeless property owner.

The apartment owner is worst. I would not recommend this apartment at all. I called several times and he did not attend the call. I told there is a traffic jam from Munich to Dortmund for more than 2.5 hours. I informed in email and on SMS to the number I got call from and to the number mentioned in the website. The hopeless owner checks traffic around Dortmund and says no traffic jam and did not show any inclination to help. We waited for 2 hours with 3 kids in rain but there no inclination to support at all. Definitely 100% not recommended.
