Excellent studio appartment in Anacapri

LOVE EVERYTHING! Rosalia was very sweet and accommodating every request, easy to communicate through whatsapp and in person. The property located in very quite and save area , is tastefully decorated in ocean theme, very airy and with excellent working A/C! Walkable distance to eating places , restaurants, bakeries and Gelato are right in the corner. The bus stop is near by (3 min walking). Would highly recommend it!

Too many steps to get to property- not for people with mobility issues.

Stay here when visiting Capri! Our host made the trip very pleasurable with all the little amenities!

Wonderful host who thought of everything we could ask or want.

One suggestion: send detailed instructions on how to get to the property well in advance.

This property exceeds expectations. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in Anacapri.

Absolutely everything!!! This property is beautiful and so the surroundings. Every single detail in the apartment was beautiful. We had breakfast for next day and also the option to storage the luggage after the check out time. Rosalia, the proprietary, is beyond nice and caring. It worth to say I forgot the jacket and she not just let me know but also send it to me to the main ticket shop in Marina Grande. I would have loved to stay longer, really really worth it.

There’s nothing wrong with this property. I would suggest only to maintain this customer service level, really very good.

Cozy house close anacapri center.

Beautiful and cozy house. Close to the center, where you can find different bars and restaurants. Super easy to find the address and with access to the bus at the end of anacapri.

Unfortunately We had less time than we wanted. The place is perfect.

Great location that was easy to find from the bus stop. Thoughtful decorations on the inside and outside of property that made it feel like a dream! Plenty of food, drinks, and other things to make it truly feel like home.

Not much, but if anything, the second room was pretty small for the price you pay.

An absolute gem of a place. Highly recommended. Don't try to walk from the pier (catch the bus).

I arrived here after travelling through Europe for about 4.5 weeks. It was like falling into such a lovely space. My host actually met me at the bus stop to accompany me to the apartment (and carried my bag). There were plentiful provisions for breakfast and a light lunch. I was sorry I was only here for 2 nights - an absolute delight.

Lovely

It was really quiet, in the heart of a neighbourhood where local people live, so it was a wonderful experience. Probably in summer it can get a bit noisier, with more people walking by. It is easy to get to these two apartments if you take the bus to the last stop in Anacapri, go down the stairs, and then take the next stairs on the left. Once you are there, Rosalia, who is a lovely host, will show you another shortcut to get to the city center. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the apartment. A plus was that we found everything we needed in the kitchen, in the bathrooms, and in the rooms. We loved the cake Rosalia made for us, so we asked her for the recipe.

The rooms and bathrooms for immaculate and very decorated very nicely. The kitchen facilities were fine. It was nice being an AnaCapri because it was much closer to 90% of the attractions as opposed to Capri itself.

The second bedroom which housed my sister and my wife's sister was much too small to be classified a bedroom for adults. For two children it would have been fine. I don't think I read anywhere on the booking.com description that it was for children, but it really just was not big enough for two adults. The main bedroom was lovely for my wife and I though.

wonderful stay, would come again and recommend to others

Exceptionally clean with a lot of living space and facilities( kitchen with stove, 2 toilets, fridge, etc.) I also have a washing machine so I can clean some dirty clothes as I packed light for this trip. it is easy to access by even public transportation. The host is really great, friendly and really helpful even she does not speak english, she is kind to show us a lot of great information that we just needed including sights to see, delicious but cheap eat near us, and how to take the transportation to get to the house. As breakfast is included, she also made nice dessert for us.

The apartment is in a charming area, off the main touristic part of Anacapri but a short walk to it. The host was very welcoming. Access is easy by bus from the Marina Grande. we would stay again!

Lovely apartment, well located and full of character!

It’s located very close to the bus stop in Anacapri. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The personal touch in everything from the towel arrangement to freshly baked goods. The air conditioning was welcomed in the warm weather.

Great location, great helpful host, beautiful apartment with the best view over the island! The location was perfect, 2min walk from the beautiful town of Anacapri. The bus to the city of Capri and the harbor stops right in front of the apartment. It is possible to walk to the mountain from the apartment, which was great!

The place is in Anacapri, a calmer part of the Island. It is within 2 minutes walking distance from one of the 1st bus stops in Anacapri, making it very practical to use public transport before gathering points of other tourists. You can use the bus to reach Capri in 10 minutes. The lady who hosted us was extremely friendly, and always helpful. The bed was comfy, AC in a great condition, kitchen well equipped, and bathroom clean. Recommended for anyone who wants to visit the island.

Wonderful

Perfect location, 2 min walking from the bus station. Clean, spacious, comfortable with a nice view. Rosalia takes really good care of every detail so that the apt is cozy and romantic. She also helped us plan a boat trip and was always available on the phone for any question we had. We are definitely coming back to this place and would absolutely recommend it.

Lovely stay

We had an amazing time in La Necussella. The studio apartment was very clean and modern. Massive thanks for the amount of towels! The kitchen and bathroom was really well equipped- it had everything. Also the host was very helpful - before and during our stay. Grazie mille!

La Necussella - perfect place for visiting Capi island!!!

La Necussella was incredible place for stay on Capri Island. Its located in the Anacapri which is the second big town on Capri Island. For us it was much better place then town of Capri. Because in Anacapri is beautiful small lift to Mount Solaro from where you could see the all beauty of Capri island. The owner was so kind and heartwarming she prepared the flat for us, also she prepared breakfast and all things which do you need to enjoy Capri. Everything was perfect and we would love to recommend this place for every visitor of Capri island.

Great place to relax
