Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, la colazione dolce con prodotti fatti in casa compresa nel prezzo già molto buono, tranquillità del luogo ideale per chi cerca silenzio e pace.

It is the perfect place if you need some rest. Pure nature and flat landscape for biking. Close to a very charming beach side.
The place is in the middle of the nature which is beautiful. But there have been just too many mosquitos for me.

So quiet and peaceful among the birds, water and green of the Delta. The people there are super friendly. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was basic but fine. We loved being able to use their bicycles.

Location.
Bathroom in our room seemed to be dedicated to low-motility person but was very difficult to use

Virgilio is a an excellent host and very knowledgeable of the area. Boccasette and the adjacent great long wild beach is easily reachable through the Cantarello boat bridge by bike. Breakfast is basic but sufficient to keep you going. It is good value for money.
According to the season there can be flies and mozzies as unwanted guests. Get equipped.

Very clean and nice apartment, peaceful garden, tasty breakfast.
The real position is totally different from position on Booking.com, adding picture. We asked for early check-in during reservation. At 11:30 the starting day, we got response with the time at 12:00. Great. We responded, we are on the way, but it will take us at least 1 hour. (So 12:30 soonest.) At 12:45 we were on position, but getting response the check-in was only up to 12:30 and he is gone now! So waiting 2 hours in 40° sun until the check-in is possible again. The guy told us later about medical emergency, but why we didn't get the information the check in is available only from 12:00 to 12:30? And than form 15:00.. We would rather stay on the beach. Is this such a problem to write us at least 12:15 "I have to leave in 15 minutes"? Why we get the information so late at 12:45 after we were trying to get in?

This is the archetype of 'Agriturismo'. The location is perfect - Its in the middle of working fields, out near the end of the road. If you like this concept, you will love this place. The owner was a delight - charming, patient, and friendly. He had little English, but I have no Italian, and we figured things out just fine. A perfect gentleman, and a great host. Yes, it's a bit spartan, but not really all that much. If luxury is your thing, you should screen out 'Agriturismo' from your searches and leave it to the rest of us to enjoy. The experience was priceless, so the value was infinite. But even if you put a price on the experience, the value is still almost infinite - the cost for a single is that reasonable. Part of me wants to say it was awful, so it won't be so crowded next time I visit, but that would not honor the work put into the facility by the host. It's really, really good.

The beds are very good and the rooms are very clean. Nice that you can use the bikes!
We made a booking for 3 people in one room, this is an option when you book Ca'Pisani. But when we arrived it was not possible. They only speak Italian and were unfriendly in the way of dealing with this problem.

Hard to find, the location on the booking website is 3 km from the actual location. Not easy on a bike not able to speak Italian.

The hotel located in middle of delta. Quiet and peaceful. You can see a lot of stars in the night, listening insects sounds is nice too.
The owner is really hospitable. We speaks Italian only but he used translation app to translate English, also nice Italian lady from Trieste helped us to talk with him.
