Premier Beach Location: Ocean Park, founded in 1881 is a family vacation community with multiple activities and beach opportunities. There is an organized Ocean Park Association that prepares events all summer long for family members of all ages. In addition to the community activities, the beach stretches out 7 continuous miles from Camp Ellis to Pine Point Maine. Our cottage is located in the center part of the beach, which in the center of the bay. We have moderate to high surf at intervals throughout the year. The tides are great, so there is at least 100 feet of exposed ocean bottom during low tides. That allows room for great beach games, volleyball, bocci, baseball, etc... The regular beach is anywhere from 40 to 70 feet wide and is fine sand - not gravel or pebbles. We consider this the absolute finest beach on the East Coast of the United States.
Attractions and FunParks: We are located within about 5 miles from FunTown USA - a complete amusement park

Wonderful location, nice cottage for a small group, good communication and process. We’d love to return at some point for another relaxing beach week!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent week staying at this lovely cottage in Ocean Park Maine. Second house back from the beach was fantastic and really convenient. Nice quiet street too in the neighborhood.
The home is older and may have loud creaking floors, but it was also very clean and very well stocked. Upgrades like having a dishwasher was also appreciated!
Would easily recommend this cottage for your next stay in OP.

This was our first year renting this cottage and we were not disappointed. Everything was as explained and for a week became "home"; our 2 year old was immediately comfortable. Each day began and ended with walks on the beach, the Ocean Park Independence Day Parade was wonderful, the activities in Ocean Park and the Temple were a bonus, and the many walks around Ocean Park were met with smiling faces and warm "hellos". The front porch and back deck were great; we brought a small inflatable pool for the little one that worked out perfectly in the back. We cannot wait to return next year; an excellent week and wonderful, warm hosts.

We have been staying at this cottage for over 12 years now, and each year can not wait to go back! The cottage itself is more than spacious, and this year has seen many upgrades which are not reflected in these pictures. The neighbors have become some of our closest friends, and our children have formed lasting friendships as well. Ocean Park is one of the most charming places you will ever visit, whether it be the soda fountain, the tennis courts, or shuffle board - there is always plenty to do. Also, many nice golf courses near by. I guarantee you will not regret your stay in Ocean Park!
