Unpleasant

Good location.

Not a clean room, improvement required, get a professional cleaner in . My single bed felt like an airbed though it wasn’t, very uncomfortable, urine odour, pubic hairs on bed cover and bathroom vanity, weird foul smell from toilet, floor filthy.

I would not there again, the motel and facilities were very old, the spar bath was good though and staff were brilliant

Great cabins and amazing staff

The staff were extremely friendly. My 4 year old was sick while we stayed and the lovely lady at the front desk helped us with clean sheets and towels without any drama. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Cosy little cottage

Great location, within town easy walk to eating spots,awesome spa in bathroom to relax in & really friendly lady who checked me in made checking in nice & easy

Clean, tidy, friendly staff & close to everything we needed.

Didn’t order breakfast. Used bbqs to cook our own . Facilities were good.

Fix sprinklers so they don’t wet the veranda. Fix the ramp up to the room - loose & is noisy when anyone walks up it.

The location

The bunk beds in the family room were like laying on timber boards. The bathroom was covered in ants and we killed 4 cockroaches. Could hardly move in the bathroom.

rooms were not equipped with full cutlery / one cup / one wine glass, some cockroaches and front screen door wouldn't close. no extra blankets and only one extra pillow.

Bed was horrible, over powering smell of cleaning products, did seem like photos at all. Sorry but very disappointed

Expected more.

Staff were really nice, the room was clean and had good facilities! For this if the below didn't happen, it would have been Max stars!

The amount of cigarette smoke in the room was gross, the room was hot and humid - check your refrigerator. I think it is giving off way too much heat for the small space it is in. Also, as a guest that booked in advance, I expected a comfortable stay from the moment of arrival, to arrive to such a hot room was not comfortable, and the room remained hot all night. I chose this place over all the others in town after some searching, a little disappointed all over.

Great overnight stop for our 4 day road trip

Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Our little boy had been car sick on our 8 hour drive and they offered to tumble dry the car seat covers for us after we had scrubbed them down which was hugely appreciated! They were also very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and just generally really lovely people. The room was cool, clean and comfortable and we didn't find it too loud at night.

Cozy stay in town

Nicely decorated rooms and good to have air con and fan. Good location, walking distance to shops

Small shower. Didn’t get up upgrade to spa bath like I paid for. Staff were not very helpful but we’re correct at how expensive the stay was. Really small rooms and construction outside on a main road.

Rude Owner

Everything was satisfactory in the room.

The owner was rude and didn't even introduce herself upon my arrival. Also didn't ask if I had a reservation, she told me there was no vacancies and to leave. I told her I had a reservation for the night. Will not be returning back again.

The mattress was that hard would of been the same sleeping on the floor, so to say we didn't sleep is an understatement

The property made mistake and allocate us a wrong room. ( for rent room from the one we booked through booking.com)Even we had a written confirmation they just blamed booking.com and didn’t do anything to compensate their mistake. Very disappointing.
