Incredibly charming home. This would be the perfect spot to enjoy an elegant county house and get away from everything.
If you need WiFi during your stay, make sure you arrange it in advance. I asked about WiFi before my visit and was directed that instructions would be available upon arrival. Internet is provided by StarLink, but during my 1 night stay I could never connect.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet place and the best hostess who helped us with everything.

accommodations were exceptionally beautiful, comfortable and well crafted. Surrounded by bunnies, cows and the most gorgeous hills, Caroline’s impeccable hosting made us feel so happy and at home.

The cottage was beautiful furnished and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
We missed the address due to not seeing the sign. It didnt matter too much as we got to experience the lovely countryside

the house was beautiful lovely place to stay
the owners weren’t friendly from the second we met them they had very lack of trust. also went into the house while we were gone and I believe that is very un professional as we weren’t aware that would happen and I believe they waited till we left for half an hour and decided to go in knowing we weren’t there. not to sure how as there was a floor above but there was a leaky roof and it leaked on a laptop that now no longer works. lovely place just the management was very in welcoming and we couldn’t wait to just leave. the owner accused us of having snuck people in as we had bought 2 friends over for dinner but we took the them home as they made us all feel very un welcomed about having guests. I can also have proof to show that no one else stayed in the home but the owners didn’t want to hear it and instantly came at me with accusations and not asking before accusing. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I’ve noticed you’ve also entered when others were there and I think it’s wrong. we had just put our stuff there and had gone back out so it’s not like any house keeping was needed it was blatantly the fact she was just nosy as she purposely went when we left. the situation would have been fine if she asked me in a nice manner if others stayed over but she didn’t it was straight to being rude and telling me to pay her more money. I definitely recommend as long as you don’t have to see the owners.

Everything
Hot water pressure could be better as it took a long time to fill the bath, but worth it.

We loved the personalized touch. The greeting at the door, the homemade baking. The fact that Caroline knew we had a 2 year old so she left a bunch of toys.
The place was teeming with amenities and was spotlessly clean. The open fire place was a favourite and gave a cosy nostalgic comforting feel that made the stay so relaxing. We loved our stay so much and will definitely be back. Next time for longer.
Nothing. We loved everything!

The setting is absolutely fabulous if you want a country cottage - I had no idea from the listing how lovely it would be.
For me nothing - but it is a little out of town.
