We liked the cottage it was nice and cozy, the kitchen was good and had all we needed, the location of the Resort was also very good.
There are not many activities and the area is too small, one room for the gym and table tennis with old equipments and bad rackets :/

Overall - alll good, location is nice, swimming pool with sauna, BBQ equipment near every house.
3 things:
- we arrived exactly at 14:30 and our home was note ready yet, we had to wait about 20 more minutes before check-in
- house needs to be maintained - repaint walls, fix floor somewhere, fix water taps (they are hanging out), etc..
- no microwave at the kitchen

Great retreat with clean and nice rooms. Walking distance to the ski slopes. Kristina at the reception was exceptionally professional and made us enjoy our trip to the max
English speakers at the restaurant as they couldn’t understand our questions.

Breakfast was better than expected and certainly good value for money considering the price we paid for 4 nights. The resort was very picturesque, especially in the snow and the rooms were clean, spacious and came with a fridge and TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. There was also a modern bathroom. There’s a couple of restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant itself serves great room service. The pool was also good, gym is small. Some bottles of water were provided each day and the room also had robes, slippers and a kettle. Food was reasonably priced too and easy to contact staff on WhatsApp, who were all helpful and did their best to make our stay wonderful.
The resort is a 10 minute walk to the ski slopes and doesn’t have ski storage, so you need to keep hiring each day. This wasn’t a problem for us but the hill is steep. I thought I’d seen transfers mentioned online but this wasn’t mentioned in person and we didn’t mind the exercise.

Location was great and overall a nice experience.
- Great to have towels and bathrobes in both room and in pool area
- nice restaurant with convenient breakfast
- nice outdoor area for lounging
- good internet and television in the room
- convenient location, next to ropeways, Craftsman’s restaurant and Paulaner restaurant.
- 1st floor rooms are too public, had to keep curtains shut for entire duration
- Pool water was too warm, it was said it is 26 deg., but actual thermometers inside were showing 38 deg.
- The showers in the pool were very uncomfortable and not functioning well
- No markets close

Everything was very good in this resort. Very helpful manager and staff. We were big families with kids and all of us enjoyed the resort facilities.
All villas we took had bidet sprayers in all toilets (thanks for the resort managements for thinking about Muslim culture and needs).

The staff helped us with an issue with our taxi driver. All staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities were nice and clean and I loved the pool!
There were some creepy young kids at the pool one day when I was alone. It's not the hotels fault.

Nice hotel, welcoming staff, nice pool and sauna area, clean and comfortable houses, tasty breakfast and candy on reception :)
Some ground floor rooms can have almost no windows because of the bad design. Combined with sometimes extreme heat from radiators it can be hard if you don't address that with the staff.
Also, there is no billiards as per description, and the gym is really basic.

I have stayed here three times. Love the close location to the ski resort. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable and clean.
The room rate has increased considerably. In addition, you must pay $12/person for breakfast, it’s no longer included.

This is 2nd time for us that we are here.. And will be back again if we visit Armenia next time.. Stuff are helpful, friendly and have service mind(recommended many things) ..
We took the cottage it was very convenient for family have a planty of room, kitchen you can cook(equipment are there). . But if you don't want to cook their is a room service option to order foods.. Their food are good as well..
Location it's very close to the rope way for ski you can go by walk 300-400 meters away from the hotel
For a good restaurant you can take a taxi.. It's will take you only 5 mins and cost you not more than 500AMD(1.5$) which it's very good price..
For transportation from airport.. Hotel can arrange for you and its reasonable price.

The location is good near the ropeway, within 10 - 15 walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is nice with 29 degrees temperature. River view is a Picturesque view.
I didn't get the requested room on the first floor or a room change. Though I could notice some rooms were not occupied. I put up the room cleaning sign on the door for 2nd day but it was not cleaned. Tour packages and transport charges are double the price. Breakfast timing starts at 9 am, I think it's quite late for breakfast. tourists who want to leave early for site visits. More options are to be added. The gym treadmill was not working. I got the room next to reception (101) lot of noise from the staff talking.
