Szívesen megszállok újra ezen a szallason

Belvárosi,basic lakás 3 szobával.Kedves vendéglátó,felszerelt konyha,minden teljesen tiszta,a szoba légkondicionált.

Belváros.Brutalisan zajos volt az első éjszaka,aludni sem tudtunk.Sajnos az utcáról bejövő zaj ellen még a jól záródó és nagyjából hangszigetelt ablak sem védett semmit.Rossz alvóknak kifejezetten nem ajánlom a 2 és 3 szobákat.Vagy csak füldugóval.

Simple and ideal location!

The location is perfect and the room is simple but nicely enough furnished. There's also a shared kitchen facility to make use of, if needed. This is mainly just a sort of "use it as a base" type place, with the location being absolutely perfect for the old town. The hosts were friendly and easy to stay in contact with too.

I think it's somewhat overpriced for what it is, as the rooms are pretty no-frills and there's no breakfast included or possibility to store your luggage when leaving. The rooms are all rather close together too, so getting woken up by other guests is almost inevitable if they're getting up early!

Very nice stay in Zadar

This accommodation real advantage is the location, in the heart of Zadar, in the old town, a few meters from the forum. The host is also super nice and very friendly. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. A good place to stay for Zadar !

There was a smell coming from the bathroom but with the AC on, it was better. Only remark for improvement.

Highly recommend!

We really liked all about our stay in Rooms Old Town. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It feels like he really cares about the apartament and guests; everything is clean, kitchen is well equiped (dishwasher, coffee machine), air conditioner in our room also helped us a lot with Zadar temperatures ;) The location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Town of Zadar, somehow it wasn't too loud even at night despite all the restaurants out there. You can buy some delicious local food on the Trznica market, just 2 minutes away, all other attractions are also just few minutes walking from here. The photos on booking match the real apartament, price is very good for the overall experience.

Accomodation is good choice in Zadar

We had a room with private bathroom in a shared apt. Kitchen is well equiped.

We had first night in a room with street view and it was terrible noisy in the night due to the restaurants. We asked to change the room next day so we got a smaller room but quiet. We were charged with 20 euro cash.

We loved our stay!

The coffee was great. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen and rooms were very clean with everything you need. very ideal location in Old Town Zadar. Marijan is very welcoming and nice.

Location is perfect: in the middle of town but quiet. Owner is very friendly, let me in my room at 1AM after my flight was delayed. No complaints about the room and facilities!

Perfect option to stay in Zadar

Great location, just in the old town. Very close to all attractions and airport bus. High standard of the room. Very clean with bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfectly equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. Helpful owner. If i am in zadar again definately i will come back here :)

Exceptional

The host was unbelievable, picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night and explained everything I needed to know. The apartment was extremely clean and very big with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is the best in zadar, right in the center but quiet for a good night's rest. I highly recommend this place to anyone for short or long stays

Great, spacious room in a modern flat in the heart of Zadar Old Town.

Excellent location and the ensuite bathroom with a common kithen is more than enough to balance privacy with good price.

The room looks out into a busy town street with a lot of people at night, so light sleepers might find it annoying, especially with windows open.

Center location

Washing machine and dryer available at the property, which is handy for a longer start, but would say if you have asthma... I would not open the door to the facilities... it is full of mould. Location was great.

Perfect location with a room with all what you need. Very recommended!

Everything was very good, perfect location, comfortable room that had all we need, kitchen where we cooked, and nice neighbours in other rooms that never disturbed.

The bin in the kitchen was not emptied, we did it ourselves after 5 days of stay and it was full. The flowers in the kitchen are about to die. I watered them every day but don't believe it will save them :'(

perfectly located, excellent value accommodation

for now at least, during the pandemic, this is an excellent value place to stay. Very well appointed room and kitchen. Enormous fridge to cater for the three(?) rooms that share it. The location couldn't be better being moments from the forum, archaeological museum and the sea. Host was lovely.

I was a little confused by the listing as to whether I was booking an apartment with a kitchen, or a room that had access to a shared kitchen. As it turned out this didn't matter, since for two nights i had the place to myself.

Great location, yiu get everywhere within a couple of minutes, staff spoke great English

Many churches around therefore very loud in the morning, outside of the building not very tidy
