Just a beautiful unique experience for adults only. Rooms are so well appointed
Nothing at all…

Stunningly beautiful gardens, and tastefully decorated. A really chilled out experience.
We went down for the breakfast on our first day. There was everything put out , but without any covers. It was off putting taking any food that you had to swat flies from. Fortunately we were happy not eating breakfast after that.

Alles is hier perfect!!! De rust, de kamer, de charme en sfeer van het hotel, het eten, de cocktails, het ontbijt, het personeel. Alles is een 10/10!
Een echte oase waar je eigenlijk niet meer weg wilt.
We komen terug!! @Ursoy, bedankt voor de fijne dagen!

Le jardin, le calme, dépaysement garanti, le petit déjeuner, belles piscines. Personnel accueillant .

Receptionist was very friendly and main waiters were very welcoming and helpful
I am aware that this is a pet friendly place. But when having dinner it s not comfortable having other people s pets coming up my lap and putting their head on my food… i was okey but my wife has phobia… i asked politely if they can only remove the pet from the table…. A lady from the staff came to us and said that they cant remove the dogs but will try to call them back as much as possible. Really disappointing as we were just asking to keep them away from our table… she said this os written in their policy… my wifewas abt to checkout and leave

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had a family run atmosphere. There was an extremely relaxing air about this hotel with a unique design. It was as if the inside had been placed outside.

An oasis of calm, hidden away near the coast. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax (even better than the photos suggest), and we were sad to only be spending one night there before flying home. The breakfast was delicious and we’ll definitely be having dinner by the pool when we return.

The nature was great , staff very nice , comfortable rooms, very cosy , perfect for a couple who want to disconnect from crowed area and spend quality time together
Could have more food choice in the restaurant , pool in front of our room was closed for repair but the other pool was working and really nice

There was no electricity for several hours. Only food you can eat is dinner “at 7.30” which you receive at 9.15. The A/C is old and useless as even when there was electricity it couldn’t bring down temperature in the room by 2 degrees.

For me - it was a paradise. The place is beautiful, run by a family. I was trying to find the right description of its difference from 5star Hotel. Sure, in 5-star hotel you get impeccable service you paid for....but you can tell tell its all business.
In Layla...you get lo e and care you can not buy. The moment we arrived I felt at home.
I wish I knew about the place before.
It's not on a beachfront, although it's just couple of minutes away.

The only thing I can say is a positive is a breakfast
I think you could do better with everything starting from staff, knowledge of at least english so they can communicate easy with visitors, Facilities Need serious, upgrading and making sure there's no animals sharing the pool and facilities for the visitors,, Introducing some kind of entertainment , Unless you are prepared to listen, same music played on a pool constantly. Lack of personal touch to the visitors and their needs.

The house and the pool were very nice.
The experience during the breakfast time is horrendous. Like some guests have mentioned, the amount of wasps is crazy. I don't mind one or two but with that many it was just so unpleasant.
It's also a bit chaotic in terms of what can be served hot. The man served me a juice and wasn't happy because I didn't want to drink...sorry but I just don't drink fruit juices...and wasn't happy because I was using the coffee machine...???
The woman at the reception is useless seriously, she's very nice but standing there smiling doesn't really help. We had to ask for information...
The shower seals were so black I wondered if someone ever thought of cleaning them or replacing them as well as the floor.
Also, you need a car as there is nothing around, it's just one house and a pool. I'm not a huge fan of using a car when on holiday but we had to use it everyday. It's a perfect place if you're looking at staying around the pool th whole day during your stay.
It's overrated and expensive for what it is.

Layla Gocek is so beautiful that we very much regretted only spending one night here. You feel like you're staying in a house with a big garden with farm vibes, everything is beautiful. The beach is a short walk from the place as well, the hotel's cute pet dog actually guided us all the way there and back.
The staff transformed the full pool area to a beautiful candle-lit dining experience for dinner. We loved it.
This wasn't a dislike for us, just a note that if you don't like animals, this probably isn't the right place to stay. The dogs roam around freely and are very friendly.

Pool area is gorgeous and relaxing with joyful music in the background.
Swimming in the pool and staring at the palm trees with a tasty cocktail in hand is all you need.
We stayed in Patara room first few days was smelling damp. AC was either very cool or off there is no optimal setting for sleep comfort.
I recommend avoiding Patara the bungalows seemed to be a better option.
Eating breakfast was a bit annoying due to wasps flying around and trying to get a bite from the food.

The hotel and grounds are exceptional. A beautiful secluded location that makes you feel like you are in Indonesia. The real grapes falling from vines, the bohemian vibe with lit candles at night in reception and the whole hotel lit up beautifully make the place really special.
The food and drinks are expensive and the staff appear quite stressed. There should be a rotation of staff as for the price you pay (£700 for 3 nights) you would expect table service around the pool. The bar was not manned for most of late morning and early afternoon and you have to hunt someone down to get yourself a drink. There are only 2 members of staff that appear to work around the clock.

This place is a little gem hidden in the small village with the natural beach just about 5 min walk. The grounds are lovely and well looked after with chicken, ducks and dogs running around. Extremely relaxing place. Good breakfast and dinner. Great cocktails by Mustafa!
The sunbeds and umbrellas need a bit of a lift.

Great location & beautiful setting - gorgeous pool & gardens & tastefully decorated communal areas,
Room was OK - bathroom however was tired & in need of refurb
Food & drink on the pricy side - certainly compared to Gocek

The place is magical. The staff go above and beyond to help you plan and meet your needs. This is a truly special place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. They also have a boat you can rent out to visit the islands- A must do.
The bees in the breakfast area are annoying. but given the location, one easily overlooks it.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. You can't walk into Gocek but it was just 10 minutes in a taxi, so no real problem, The food at Layla was exceptional, so nice that in the end we ate in except for one day when we went on a boat trip. We would defiantly go back again.

The pool was incredible
The staff outstanding
The black sanded beach around the corner was beautiful!!
The shower leaked very badly onto the bathroom floor. The toilet needed to be manually stopped. The door to the bedroom just just worked.
