The property is located in a beautiful countryside area, looking over a valley. A really beautiful place. The spacious apartment was equipped beyond expectations, the beds were very comfortable. A lot of room really. It had a balcony looking over the valley. The pool belonging to the apartment was also beyond expectation - relatively big and regularly cleaned - even sharing it sometimes with other guests was never a problem.
Even if there was a restaurant right under us, open till 11pm, it was not at all loud or disturbing.
The distance to the sea is about 15-20 mins, there are nice beaches in the area.
We especially liked the animals - there were farm animals but also very friendly dogs.
Storms hit the area really quick - in these cases it was impossible to cool down the apartment (open the windows) because of the strong winds (not the fault of the apartment of course :) )
Also, when guests is the apartment next to us started moving the furniture, it was pretty loud. Again, not the fault of the apartment, I guess big cleaning was going on in the neighborhood for half a day :)

The location was fantastic. One would say in the middle of nowhere but its not far away from many gorgeous Istrian towns and villages. I got LTE signal here so no worries about getting disconnected.
The location is not only a place of accommodation but also has a restaurant where everything is cooked with ingredients mainly sourced from the Radesic farm. This is a place where visitors have been coming again and again for many years. The restaurant is visited by people from many countries (I noted Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark during my stay here).
Another awesome thing is that the price of accommodation is right on the spot and it allows you to go to the incredible restaurant for dinner almost every night with the total price being lower than only the price of accommodation somewhere else.
It has a pool so you can cool down during hot Istrian summer days.
Although you can pay by card at this location, I do recommend paying cash.
Nothing of notice.

The property is located in a valley with lovely views. The family who own the farm are wonderful hosts. We felt like their extended family. In case you choose to eat in the restaurant, the food is amazing! It is an agro-tourism business so all the main ingredients are natural and from the farm; including the wine and grappa. The two-bedroom apartment was very clean when we arrived and very comfortable with a large balcony. It was perfect for us to use as a base to explore Istria (which we fell in love with) and we will return to stay at the Radesic Apartment as soon as we can. Manuel speaks fluent Italian, Croatian and English.
Nothing could have been better for us.

Wanna have some best food in Istria? Just ask the host family! Truffles, wildboars, lambs, honey liquor, they have everything! Some menu needs to be ordered in advance, for example, peka. Usually host tell you what would they recommend you today. (A proof that their food was so good: I saw locals get food for wedding party here!)
If you have kids, you can show them many different animals. Dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats, sheeps, and a donkey.
If you get here, it means you already have a car. Buzet and Groznjan is pretty close, and there is a highway to Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč. Had no problem traveling around Istria while staying here.
Some of the host family members can't speak English, but instead they speak German and Italian. So they could communicate with English, Italian, and German.
It was the late autumn and located in the middle of countryside, so it was pretty cold at night. Thankfully they provided extra blankets. But if you are really weak to coldness, it would be helpful to bring something for the night.
But to be fair, they closed their place right after we left, because winter is coming, so we guess we stayed there for the coldest nights in Agroturizam Radešić!
