Close to town

Friendly staff at office was very helpful even let me n my whanau come back after our unveiling in the rain to have showers before we traveled home

Leaking roof and no cooking items and stove would not work wifi was not unlimited

Cooktop needed cleaning. 1 only coffee, Chicka, tea was pretty chintzy

We know property was pet friendly. but we not there was lot of pet hairs on sofa in two rooms. we told at reception to vacuum the sofa but they didn’t bothered our request. we were with kids and we didn’t like it.

Poor

Not like it at all, Too much noise at our first night the owner had a fight at the same night and we couldn't sleep all night, too much swearing too much noise, and they made us scared on that night. So we checked out early in the morning on the next day. So we are not booking anymore rooms. Thank you.

Unsatisfactory

We arrived at 3.15pm to check in. Nobody was there present at office. Waited around for 2.5hrs still nobody there. Reached out to Booking.com They also weren't able to get in contact with motel. Was given alternative accommodations but none were suitable. Was looking at returning back to Palmerston North. With not wanting to return to Palmerston North. We return to motel at 9pm for a last time and fortunately was finally able to check in. The room also had cockroaches

The double bed was exceptionally comfortable

We found the place wasn't that clean, and the toilet seat hadn't been cleaned 😬

Tired & frustrating but being close to Frimley Park lovely.

location nice - close to Frimley Park which was great for walking the dog. good that they allow dogs.

Needs a good overhaul. Carpet needed a clean, if not replaced. Wifi was pathetic. bathroom door fell off its mechanism.

Splash planet trip

The staff were very easy to talk to and very helpful. Its location is good, nice and close to the shops and food places... not far from splash planet.

The internet kept disconnecting. The parking spaces were first in first served even though a parking was requested. It would be nice to have a few more channels to choose from.

The friendly and welcoming hosts were a really great example of kiwi hospitality down to earth super helpful and just made our stay so relaxing
