Come for the views and the cocktails.

Spectacular location, beautiful/classy decor, great cocktails. Billiard room a highlight. Don't miss the sunsets!

Restaurant services have continued to decline since opening. They were quite impressive at the opening...now it is really hit or miss. Sunday brunch is good but pricy.

A lovely overnight stay away from the chaos of Kampala city

The staff were wonderful and very attentive. The tranquility of the hotel, there are many comfortable areas to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant, lunch at the Asian restaurant and breakfast at the hotel, all of which were lovely. We look forward to returning to this hotel soon

Amazing staff, stunning hotel, great value for money!

The staff were absolutely incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming whilst also professional. I was with my mum and they showed so much respect to my mum as an elder which made me feel really good. Even the staff at the gym were super helpful and very friendly. The hotel was stunning and the food in each restaurant was great.

It was situated in what we were told was a ‘dangerous’ area so late night taxi rides were somewhat unnerving. However Uber rides are safe and there was a lot of security when entering the hotel which made us feel safe.

Perfect 4 star hotel

Great atmosphere with minimal noise. All range breakfast. Special shout out to Nasser, Ivan, Cosmas and the rest of the team was exceptional.

Loved it, wish we could have stayed longer and tried all the facilities like the swimming pool!

Decor and rooms, really well done

Superb

Everything was lovely except the phone malfunctioned and kept ringing in the middle of the night waking us up. Also other guests were very loud walking around the halls late at night and the person coming to pick up trays from the hallway came very early morning making a lot of noise. Best if these things can be at a minimum. Also when we took a shower one time the hot water wasn’t working properly (I think the generator was on and perhaps not enough power for the pump or something). But we overall love the place

Fabulous hotel, 6 stars!

Gorgeous old world charm! If your budget allows, you MUST stay here while in Kampala.

Great breakfast, beautifully appointed rooms and hotel! Latitude 0 is a bit away from the downtown business area, thus it takes 20-30 minutes on a good traffic day to get to most other hotels, shopping and events. But this is the EXACT thing that makes Latitude amazing too - it is tucked up on a gorgeous hill with trees and views and quietness!

To me the price was a bit high considering comparable hotels and prices in Kampala. Having said that, it is an amazing stay and we will be back, when we return to Kampala.

The hotel is fine in a nice quiet location. The staff were excellent. A good hotel layout, rooms are nice although compact.

Our room 107 had very poor wash hand basin draining and produced awful drain smells. Toilet was loose and not properly anchored.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Kampala!!!

Amazing hotel. Probably one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in any where. The facilities are excellent, the decor is very cool and the staff are extremely helpful. Dined in the main resturant and had cocktails in the bar afterwards both of which were top class.

A 5 stars hotel with an amazing value for money

The place offers an excellent value for money. The staff members are really well-trained and at a very high-level (equivalent to the best hotels in Europe). The breakfast was great and with a lot of options (though the bread is not super high-quality). The restaurants and bars offer a very high-quality food (with also excellent cocktails) for quite reasonable prices. The fitness center is also very good and well-maintained.

The hotel os located up on a hill, so the drivers don't always know where it is and the end of the road is not paved, so it's a bit bumpy at the end.

Breakfast was great. Pool, atmosphere, everything else was excellent. Room was ready.

Perhaps someone could have better explained how breakfast worked when we sat down. We were confused by the menu on the table too - were those things included or excluded from the breakfast?

It was a great place to relax and be pampered with a Spa day.

The staff was very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options. The gym was also world class.

The food by the poolside wasn’t very good.
