Freddy ayudó mucho con lo de tours y cosas que hacer. el lugar es en una buena ubicación y todo es muy limpio! Una tremenda terraza
habitación bastante pequeña, pero vas a estar afuera todo el día. eventos grupales serían bien

Friendly people
U can cook
Nice back yard
I enjoy everything

Hostel convivial.
5.0
Friendly staff who gave a very helpful check in about the hostel and local area. Nice big room with comfy bed. Warm showers and small kitchen but has the basics.
Lovely restaurant 2 doors down and mini markets on the same street
Thicker Curtains would darken the room at night would improve the stay
4.0
Nice terrace for sunbathing and watching stars
Warm beds
Offer of renting bikes
Bathroom a bit too small
Mattress overused

very good stay in san pedro de atacama with friendly staff. nice rooftop to see stars at night. room was comfortable and kitchend has everything we needed. we could park our car in the private area. nearby is resturant, a minimarket and across the street is the gas station with a 24/7 shop. center of the town is reachable by foot in 10minutes.
there could be more tables and better light in the common area.

The owner Freddy was very helpful, bike rentals available directly from the hostel.
Small occupancy - only 3 beds per room and I only had 2 at the maximum sharing, some days I had the room to myself.
Great terrace to watch the sunset, a short walk to the stargazing field past the COPEC.
Decent number of showers and toilets so no need to wait. Hot water and good pressure.
Kitchen could be better equipped - 2 hobs were not working and only 1 cutting board, no tupperware. SpdA is very expensive so most guests cook.
Beds were very creaky, everytime someone turned in their sleep, the whole room would wake.
Showers can have more hooks for stuff inside the showers (though admittedly they are small and not much space)

Simple but nice hostel. Excellent WiFi which is very hard to find in San Pedro. Communal kitchen. We stayed longer than planned and host was very flexible.
Facilities are basic
Shared facilities cleaned once daily, more frequent checks would be good
3.5
Outside common areas with hammac and stuff, quite comfortable.
Every time you have to enter, you have to ring so that someone opens the door. Besides the lack of autonomy it's really annoying, because in San Pedro they are Night Astronomy Tour that come back at 1-2am, so when people come back their (often multiple) rings wake you up. Same thing for the people who go out for the night and wake you up when they come back in the middle of the night

the staff was super helpful and the location is close to the bus station and town. The shower was hot and the pressure was good. the bathroom and the room were clean also. The rooftop is a bonus for some stargazing.
4.0
very economic
the shower constantly switches from hot water to cold water
4.5
Nice stay. The staff was helpful with minor details about what to do around and some of the excursions. The room was very small, but spacious enough when noone was in-there. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked some minor ustensiles. The patio and the terrace were great providing shade or views over the mountains and the desert.

only the bathrooms were clean.
they didn’t clean the room through our stay. the kitchen was in a mess. kitchen utensils are not enough. everywhere was dusty in common area. we wanted to rent 4 bikes. we needed them at 7am and we talked with them one day before. they promised us to be ready at 7am, but there was no one and there was only two proper bikes in the morning. we woke them up and they said we will need to get the bikes from different hostel. no regret, no apology even they lied about their promise one day before. their attitude was really rude and bad. we couldn’t get the worth of our money. we will never stay again and won’t advice to stay here anyone.
3.0
the rooms where bigger
-no plugs in the dorms
-no bed lights in the dorms
-dirty showers all black and with hair ion the walls in the same spots for 3 days (apparently they clean daily)
-poor internet, does not work in rooms
-very run down hostel, everything is falling appart
-very noisy
-staff moving heavy things for about one hour between 23:00-01:00 and be lucky your dorm is on this way.
-the bell is also so loud, the reception was about 5 doors away, but you still hear it like you are standing next to it, in the dorms. good sleep i would say.
-the worst hostel i stayed traveling for 11 month now
4.5
Very nice and clean place. The people were really helpful and friendly.

24/7 petrol station nearby
a bit far from the centre
4.0
Close to the bus station.
Common areas aren't very inviting, the rooms aren't very big and there is no place to put your stuff inside the room. Lockers are outside and are very small.

Very clean and comfortable

You can rent bikes. Nice balcony with view.
Staff is very helpful and kind.
Clean and tidy.
Practical shared kitchen.
Notice - the place doesn't organize tours anymore.
Bathroom was very small.
Heating is not included in the price (gave us extra blankets and we were fine).

The bed was extremely comfy and cosy which helped with cold desert nights. The facilities were spotlessly clean and WiFi was good. Nice roof terrace.
The walls were paper thin and we heard people shouting at 1am. Limited number of kitchen utensils so when hostel was busy, we couldn't always get mug etc. Location was at the bottom end of town and a little out the way to everything else compared to other hostels (15 min walk).

Great place, hot shower, a little kitchen where you can cook but not eat
The kitchen was a little small
4.5
Clean and comfortable beds:)
The kitchen can do with some basic appliances such as toaster, oven etc.
Although there was hot water available the shower was a bit annoying as it was always either too hot or too cold. Ñ

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were provided with information about the tours, there is an option to rent a bike and the reception is 24/7 which is useful having in mind that some tours start at 3am. There is a terrace with hammocks suitable for relaxation and the roof with chairs from where you can observe the night sky. There is absolutely great family restaurant literally next door.
The location is not the best since the city center with all the shops, restaurants and tour companies are approximately a 30-minute walk away. During our stay there was a girl (part of the staff?) all day long playing video games in the common room, most of the time quite noisy (even during the sleeping hours).

It was soooo welcoming place. Also clean and tidy! I will go back there if I come back to San Pedro
