Lovely weekend away.

It was very light with all the lights coming through from outside. The bed sheets were “sandy” really rough feeling (but still comfy to sleep in)

Easy to find. Had a late checkin and instructions for key collection were prompt and clear.

Traffic noise was terrible all night. There are very small windows near ceiling level which let in noise and also light all night long. Double glazing and some way to block the light would be great.

Close to where we needed to be and great price considering all the other places were charging 3x their normal price.

The kitchen floor felt like it had not been mopped for a long time the bathroom was functional looked like it was maybe n the process of a Reno?

Not pleasant. Overpriced. Would not stay again. Room is too light at night. A lot of road/traffic noise.

Room is too “light”. Curtains removed from high glassed area. Street is noisy. Shower leaks into bathroom area. No shelf in shower. Toilet seat not fitted properly. Glass front door allows too much light in.

The property was good for the price

When the front door was locked you could still push on it and didn’t feel secure at all. Had to lock the door and make sure the chain was on and put a stool in front of the door to feel secure enough to sleep

The room was spacious and suited our needs perfectly. The parking spot was right in front of the room which made unloading and loading the car easy. It was clean and well stocked, so our stay was very comfortable.

A place to get your head down

very comfortable bed and perfect for a quick stop if using for greyhound buses.

room is very dated and in particular our room had a lot of ants around including in the shower areas. as I said in previous review It works if you’re staying for a night before travelling on using greyhound.

The location and the room was very tidy

The glass between the bathroom and room. Couldn’t go into the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking family up. Room also wasn’t dark enough. Which as late arrivals a dark would have been appreciated in the morning.

Budget room for a short stay

Very suitable for my planned trip. Ideal location for exploring the area. Very central. Basic necessities as required.

Noise from the highway right behind you is very noticeable when trying to sleep. Pictures online do not look like what the rooms are inside. Outdated very old beds.

Provide a suitable space for ‘people’ who smoke!

The location and price was good.

The aircon didn’t work and the bed was a bit hard. There is no sheltered area for smokers who have to smoke under a tree or the stairs at the back for shelter from pouring rain. Smokers are people too!

Was easy to find and near Coffs Harbour CBD.

Too much traffic noise in the balcony room as motel is very close the Pacific Hwy. People outside on the balcony is right outside your room window.

Perfect for a cheap overnight stay. Definitely cheap. Towels and sheets were very fresh and clean though. 👍

Great find for a visit for sport especially after 9 hours driving

Very nice location for Oz tag competition, very friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and tidy, was great to be welcomed with air con turned on for arrival on an almost 40 degree day. Great value for money and will choose again when we return
