Exceptional

Very spacious, full kitchen, attentive and kind host. In case of water outage the houses has its own water tank (not many houses have this feature). Nice view towards the hills. Beach is nice, restaurant nearby is also good.

Not much. Maybe knives need sharpening. And you should be aware planes regularly fly over as they land in Split, but it was not really a problem for any of us.

Lovely property in a quiet area

The property was actually 2 separate apartments, which worked well for our family group. The kids loved the pool and the play area.

The property was quite a distance from shops and restaurants.

Beautiful well maintained villa in stunning location. Lots of outside space with plenty of shade available if you want it. Nevan (the owner) lives close by, he is very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

This villa is fantastic, all apartments are well proportioned and had everything you could need for comfortable stay. The out door space has been well designed for families of all ages and the pool was amazing. Can not fault Neven as a host, he is so warm and welcoming. The bins were emptied daily, and the pool cleaned. Always on hand for advice and will help do whatever he can to make your stay perfect, and yet was never intrusive. The villa is 2 minutes walk from the shop and cafe/bar and restaurant, and 5 minutes from the beach. The nearby cafe bar and restaurant staff were all extremely warm and welcoming. All in all, a had lovely holiday with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Air con was not throughout so the bedrooms did get hot at night.
