APP was spacious, comfortable, but we had a hard time finding the location. I don't know how it would have been if we hadn't encountered a local man who accompanied us on a motorbike. Google took us to the wrong side of town. It was nice to sit by pool in the evening, quiet place.
Wifi didn't work in the bed, we need to come out.

The hotel is signposted, but close to it the signs run out, so it's not easy to find. The room was nicely decorated and the living space was large, with a cooker and fridge. The pool area is lovely, but could benefit from a few sun-loungers.
There was nobody around when I arrived in a taxi, and I had an argument with the driver (who was overcharging me by a lot), and I had no assistance. It's not far from a colmado (little shop) but there's nowhere else to get food, so guests should bring supplies with them. There was a large family party that arrived after me, so the peace was short-lived unfortunately.

It’s quiet which is good, the pool is beautiful
Well the first thing is, that the credit card machine does not work, I took my credit card no cash, when we arrived the person who welcome us, stated the machine is broken and that it has to be cash only, it would have been good to know before we arrived, the rooms are big and the beds are ok, but it is too hot the fans are not enough, the main room there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom.

I love the pool and the rooms.
Tuvimos una noche sin luz. Pero se resolvió.

It was in a quiet part of town away from traffic and music. The place was clean and had a neat balcony. The pool was an added bonus and looked clean as well. All in all a decent deal for the money considering we booked it the same day we stayed there. The host was able to provide a smaller pot for tea within a few minutes after we requested it.
We were looking for a place where we can cook tea and coffee for breakfast in the morning. However the kitchen - as in many other places we stayed at - didn't have a kettle, electric water cooker or microwave. The pots and pans provided were oily and huge and unsuitable to cook water for tea and coffee. In general I would say that the kitchen was poorly equipped and the few essentials that were there were old, worn and would not have allowed us to prepare a meal.
Also came there under the impression that we can pay by card but then were told "the lady dropped the credit card reader and it broke" ... sure

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with access to the swimming pool. The contact with the owner to pick up the key was very easy.
Unfortunately the location is a bit further from the center. It wasn't easy to find the main gate as no sign with name of the hotel but a call to the owner helped.

wiffi was very bad, also they close the parking at 930 pm. and that prevent you to do as you please at nights.

Works on buildings. Pretty noisy.

Room facilities quite OK. Electric works have been made by amateur, watch out for broken, not safe fridge socket. Ceiling lights are ABOVE ceiling fan, meaning when you use fan, light blinks all the time like crazy.. What amateur job.
NOISE LEVEL is unacceptable, chickens yelling all night in the properly, because lights outside are always on! Cocks don't know if it's day or night and they are singing cockrow song all night!!! Starting at 11 PM. Also owners started construction works before 8AM. We seen other frustrated guests leaving at 7:30AM, they didn't sleep very well I guess, just like us.
Lastly, room smells of mildew and moisture, musty smell, very badly!!! Same for towels. I had to request towels because they are not being given by default by host. I received from smelly towels, from massive pile of towels in the cupboard. All musty, because of storage method on big pile. Very bad.
Also - you have to pay with cash, despite that booking.com says that they accept Visa cards and that payment will be taken from Visa. Not true, you have to give them pesos.

I loved the swimming pool, it was very clean and like the trees that were around the area. mango, plantain and passion fruit trees.
I needed to call people or knock on a big door to get the keys. however, it was great overall
