Nice and cozy, albeit noisy

They managed to put all you need into the small studio: the kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge. The view is nice too, and the bed is comfy. Even if you don't have breakfast included, you can still get coffee and tea for free.

Unfortunately, the location was not the best - far from the center and a bit gloomy. It was also extremely noisy, especially on the lower floors.

Everything was fine without wifi

The staffs were friendly and room was neat

I booked the room for 293 euros hoping they provide wifi but they didnt provide any wifi citing technical issues but this is was not resolved. It affected our travel plans and no communication was possible

I was pissed at first when we arrived because they told us the other room we booked was not yet cleaned. check-in was 3p

location is convenient because it os close to a tram. for someone who can’t start a morning without coffee, the free coffee was a plus and the gummies.

They ask for high deposit but they don’t have room sleepers. It says free toiletries but there is no toothbrush & toothpaste. we were a group of four but the room only has two towels, so I have to go down to get additional ones.

Room was neat and clean. Location is very good and near to tram. Near to market and many restaurants.

Great view from our balcony. Staff was very friendly.

Wi-fi was really slow, we had to work (online sessions with video) but it was almost impossible. It was unexpectable and inconvenient and caused a lot of problems for us. We contacted reception but they answer that many people use it - and so what? Reloading did’t solve the problem. If the capacity is not enough, please accelerate it. Very limited space on kitchen. 2 days! the elevator was broken. At the day of our departure we had to manage 7 pieces of our very heavy luggage by hands from 10 floor! We asked for the help at the reception, they promised to send somebody, but nobody appeared and helped. Absolutely was not worth for money we paid. Overpriced as many hotels (considering location - outside Paris).

Very good

Well located, fully equipped apartments with extremely helpful and nice staff. Very clean. They allowed us to park a car way before the check-in and explained everything thoroughly, assisted during our stay in every way.

There was a strange smell in the apartment like it was not vented for quite a while, and the levator didn't go down from our floor (although if someone would go up one floor and bring it down it would work - which is not very convenient with the suitcases).

Good hotel close to tram station with nice personel.

In general it is good standard hotel. Good personel, availability of books at the reception desk, free water and coffee. The room and in general venue was clean.

Gym should have slightly better equipped.
