Great place that will only improve in time.

Beautiful location, good use of space which I think will only improve with time, love the gardens. Spacious cabins too.

The music from the pool area was a bit too loud and party-style on the evening, but at least it finished at 9pm, I'd suggest to tone it down a little on the evening hours. The cabins should be properly aired before check-in and maybe checked for some minor guests (spiders) - I took it out myself, but for some people it may be a scare.

La vista espectacular, mucha naturaleza, la comida muy rica, la hab muy cómoda

Llegamos a una boda que era 12 am y tuvimos que dejar encargadas nuestras maletas en recepción, hubiera sido genial que nos trasladen nuestras maletas a la hab, hasta nosotros desocuparnos de la boda.

Nice place to go but not in holiday

The location and the place itself is great if there is not to many people. The new rooms are really nice.

It is to comercial. I went for a holiday and it was completely booked so we where to much people at the pool. But the manager decided that they can also propose a full day pool for people from outside so it was to much, they didn't have enough towels to give to the guests, the service became poor and it was not pleasant . The old rooms are not well. To much humidity and not taken care.

Hermoso paisaje ideal para familia con niños

El paisaje, la extensión de la propiedad y la piscina

La limpieza de la habitación estaba sucio el piso, el baño la ducha se regaba por todo lado tenía una fuga, no funcionaba el seguro de la puerta del baño, adicionalmente el ruido de la habitación de a lado son adosadas y la persiana estaba atorada había que acomodarla para cerrar. Pedí cambio de habitación pero me dijeron que no se podía, al menos si me arreglaron algo la ducha y la persiana

Lovely!! I Will go again another time

I like the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious The View from the Room mas amazing, I like to be in contact with the nature. Also the different pools, the hidromasaje and the kids area was very nice.

We did not like the dogs to be on the restaurant, they reached the table very close and we have babies so we asked the personal to asked them to leave. Also in the Night they were barking until we asked the Room service to take them far from our Room

La ubicación, atención, tranquilidad excelente. La presentación de las habitaciones y alrededores hermosos, el personal es muy amable, permiten el ingreso de mascotas. Se preocupan por la comodidad de los huéspedes. El costo es asequible, Superrr recomendado

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron con todos los requerimientos.

No hubo buena señal del TV en la habitación. El servicio de desayuno incluído, no fue el desayuno tradicional (pan, huevos, café, fruta). Ese tipo de desayuno tenía un costo aparte, eso deberían especificarlo en el detalle de la reserva.

The location was beautiful full of gardens and animals right next to the late. The rooms were large and in the middle of the greenery. Great heated pool and jacuzzi

When booked for three, but picked a double room, and only got breakfast for 2, which only had one piece of bread per person. For the price I think we could have been offered a little more. On the day of check out they were cutting the lawns right outside our room. Maybe could have been done later when guests all checked out.

Good for events and pets, but not worth staying the night

The property area towards the edge of the laguna is beautiful - it is definitely like an event space! The best part of the hotel grounds is the event gardens by the lake. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The other super bonus of this place is that it is very pet friendly.

Overall our visit was quite disappointing. Starting with the staff who seemed like they couldn't care less about us through to the maintenance issues, pool, food, wifi etc. Here are some key points: - Our sink was clogged and didn't work. - The shower didn't have a complete door, so when you showered it was impossible not to totally soak the entire bathroom. Poor design. - There was no wifi, not because it was "out" or being fixed, but because they seemed to be cheap with their wifi and only bought a limited number of sessions that couldn't serve everyone staying there. Every time we tried to log in it told us "maximum session limit reached for contract" or something and when I called about it they were like "Yeah, try again later maybe someone will get off". For two days, no wifi. - They claim the rooms have fireplaces...ours was clearly not a working one. - The pool is extremely small for the size of the property and number of guests. We were looking for a nice place to relax and there wasn't a moment where there weren't 15 kids in the pool and jacuzzi. - There is nowhere to sit outside at a table. We went with friends and when we were disilusioned by the pool, we thought we'd sit and have a beer or play some board games....but there are no tables (except the wet occupied ones at the pool...not even enough for the number of people...) or picnic tables or even seats outside of the cabins to sit at. There aren't even porch lights outside of the cabin rooms. - The food our friends ordered at lunch had a terrible review and we even ended up getting pizza instead of eating at the restaurant. I will admit, the breakfast wasn't bad though. - It's pet friendly, which is great and a huge plus, but when you're pet friendly it makes sense to have some facilities such as garbage bins to throw away dog poop bags!

great weekend getaway from quito

it is well maintained, except for the tennis court. the pool is heated :)

everything took a little while longer than necessary, specially the restaurant and we could not book massages although we asked upon arrival and they said massages were available
