The host was very kind, helpful and willing to locate us on the map of Rome and the places we wanted to go. Very nice and clean apartment with all the amenities. Very close to the Rome Termini station.
Maybe it was a little expensive but a beautiful apartment, so it worths.

We were met by Fabrizio who gave us the keys to the apartment and explained the workings. He was super helpful and even forwarded links to local eateries and cafes. He also organised for us transport from the apartment to the airport as it was early in the morning.
The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from historical attractions (25min max for the furthest one) and just around the corner from the best ice cream and crapes place - Gelateria La Romana.
4.7
Great communication with host who also met us in person to show us the local maps and explain how we could get around and where we could go. Great location with just 10mins walk from Rome Termini train station.

The apartment was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful. The location was quiet and an easy walk from the station. Many good restaurants are close by.

extremely clean and great location
nothing I didn’t like

There's a huge supermarket nearby, so you can get the ingredients to prep your own breakfast/meals. Or if you want to, there are cafes located within walking distance from the apartment. Apartment provides coffee capsules to use with the coffee machine and tea. Apartment is located close to all the important attractions - everything is a quick Uber ride away (15mins tops). And the Host, Fabrizio has been super helpful.

I like that it has two levels, a kitchen, refrigerator, a couch, and multiple TVs. The apartment is pretty clean as well
I did not like that you need a total of 3 keys to get into the apartment (two different physical keys, 1 key card). The 1 key card that you’re given also powers the room, so if you want to do anything like charging a laptop or camera while you’re out, you can’t. Any hotel would give you two key cards because of this.
I did not like having to wait nearly two hours outside of the apartment door at night for the apartment host to come open the door with another set of physical keys because the one key card did not work. He said that it did not work because the power in the apartment went out earlier that day, however if he knew that the power went out earlier that day, which would cause the key card for the apartment to not work, he should have communicated that to me and came to the apartment while I was out to come fix it as soon as possible. I ended up booking a hotel a block away from Termini Train station the same night and did not stay at the apartment for the rest of my trip.
I did not like that it only has a washing machine (which is for very small loads) and no dryer. I did not like the location, it’s a little to far from Termini train station for me and the street is dark at night with poor lighting and has rats. It’s nothing around the apartment but a couple of corner stores and poorly rated restaurants. You also have a view of a brick wall from the apartment windows.
You can’t really control the HVAC unit, there are two remotes for two different units… one unit would work if I turned on the A/C unit but would constantly run and would take forever to turn off. The other unit only blew out heat… even when I selected the A/C option on the remote.

The location was nice and quiet—off of the beaten path. Away from the busy main roads but still within 5 minutes walking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc.
Bed was comfortable and apartment was well appointed based on its size. We were pleasantly surprised to see there was a washing machine and drying racks—an added bonus. Fabrizio was a wonderful host who did everything possible to ensure a great stay!

Spacious, central location, comfortable
Some fittings need fixing. Shower needs a good clean around the outside of the base. Insufficient cutlery and cups - had to wash up by hand after breakfast, coffee, etc as no point running the dishwasher.

We loved the apartment, it has everything you need and more. Fabrizio was a really great host, he provided us with all the necessary information about the apartment and gave us some tips for the metro and restaurants, bars, etc. in the area. He was also very kind and allowed us a late check-out, which was great as we had our flight home in the afternoon. We would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to have a relaxing stay in Rome.

The location of the apartment is excellent, you can easily get around Rome with the metero just a few minutes away. Check-in and -out was super easy.
Fabrizio took really good care of us, and if there was anything, we just had to ask. He gave us a tour of the place, usefull information (how to get to different places, where the supermarked is etc.)
This is truly an apartment for relaxing, whilst in Rome !!
Nothing to complain about.

Fabrizio was super kind and very helpful. He arranged a late check out and took care of all open questions during the stay. We would recomend the appartment to our friends any time.
Everything was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. You got everything you need and free coffee tabs and cold bottle of water was available. The interior of the appartment is very stylish and modern and the location is generally quite, safe and central.
The toilet seat was broken which should not be the case within the price range for a appartment. This should be repaired before new guests will arrive but this is just a minor comment.

Fantastic modern apartment with lots of facilities nearby. Very quiet and comfortable. Brilliant informative host. Restaurants, cafes, transport, shops all within a minute or twos walk!
The stay was brilliant! The only thing that we would improve was to add more comfortable seating in the apartament.

Everything about this property and the experience with the host was top notch; I cannot say enough kind words about how accommodating he was. The property itself has everything you need, looks exactly as the pictures appear. It has all the amenities you would need, with the exception of a dryer for your clothes (for my fellow Americans, who may be expecting it. Dryers as common in Italy as it is back in the States) but we managed just fine. The proximity of location to Roma Termini was perfect, only a 5-10 minute walk. (That, itself, is a major bonus). There are plenty of restaurants near the property, along with stores to pick up food to cook back at the apartment if you wish. I could go on and on about all the positives of the apartment but I recommend just checking it out yourself! This will definitely be our go to property any time we visit Rome.
Only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave! :(
