There is a large old dilapidated building right next to the hotel. This made me uncomfortable when we drove to the hotel.
It is very close to the airport so it was great as I was just there for a night on route to somewhere else.

Location is excellent. Close to the airport and major shopping centers.
Nothing negative to report

Nothing to like it was simply a shambolic treatment of a follow Ghanaian and not giving a dime about it. POOR customer service and no apology whatsoever.
There were cockroaches on the bed and tea station. The jollof and tilapia food was under cooked and extremely poor without. The was no hotwater for the shower or rather not hot enough. No apologies or refund from the manager or the waitress when I showed them pictures of the cockroaches. Even after the manager promised that she will refund the meal i bought. Obviously she did not care as I was a black Ghanaian man. If it was a person of any other race I'm sure she would have sorted him out before they complained. See the picture for yourself. typical slavery/colonialist mindset

Close to the aiport. Airport Transfer provided.
Good breakfast.
We spent our last night of a 3 weeks long Africa trip here. It was one of our more expensive accommodations (on par with truly spectacular hotels) - and by far the worst.
We had only chosen the Ibis due to its proximity to the aiport, since it was only for an extended layover and we arrived late at night - we just wanted to avoid any further hassle after a long day. The receptionist was in a positvely joyful, seemingly tipsy mood, at least until we - to her great annoyance - interrupted her conversations with her colleagues by wanting to check in. At this point, all we wanted was to shower and then go to bed. However, we had only received one towel and it took three calls to reception and 45min to receive another.
WiFi did not work most of the time.
No soap in the bathroom. Pillows are ridiculously tiny and hard as a rock.
It is a tall building with hotel rooms on many floors - however, only one evelvator was operational resulting in long waiting times and crowded cabins.
UPDATE: At least they have a (weird) sense of humour. Shortly after my stay, I received the following (unsolicited) direct message: "See you soon Sir. I believe your stay was perfect. See you again."

Staff and the proximity to the airport
The hotel smelt damp and stale, like its not in use regularly

Proximity to airport
Cleanliness not up to the mark for this standard hotel. They gave me a room which had used linen and dirty pillows, after insisting that I need fresh linen else we will change hotel they sent new one. No hand towels and no extra towels.... No Indian cuisine at hotel... Breakfast is average... No hand hose for toilet, very difficult for Indian hygiene standards....no hand soap at wash basin... no shampoo at bathroom... Just one cup of liquid soap in bathroom...you have to use..for all purpose..... Need to go to bathroom and drip the liquid for hand wash and come to wash basin to rinse hands....

The staff were beautifully amazing. The breakfast was top.
The bed was a little hard and pillows extremely firm. Only two hangers in the closet.

The location next to the airport was great
I tried to book an airport transfer, however no body got back to me until the day I was checking out of the hotel.
The room I had was very basic and could have done with a clean.
The hotel in general requires updating.

The front desk staff and the shuttle staff were friendly, courteous and professional.
The curtains were dirty, bedsheets old and had patches of stains. Footmat and towels also old and off white. Earlier room assigned was dirty (powdered milk on the chair). It took hours to fix the issue.
