The place is 5 minutes walking from the beach and 20 minutes from the old town. The position is ok. The room was big enough and well cleaned. The location in quiet.
The toilet is not so big, but ok!
Air conditioning too loud

Very close to the bus station and Kolavare beach is about 10 mins walk.
It’s perfect for maybe a one night quick stay close if you have to get the bus from the station next morning.
Really tiny space for the toilet.
The shower didn’t have a door so entire bathroom was flooding.

Nice place to stay close to the station and walking distance to the beach. Renata is a very good hostess.

Renata was very friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to do laundry. She helped us turn on the machine and use her clothes line. The space was perfect for the three people we had. Great outdoor space to sit, nice little kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
Maybe could be closer to town but for this price it's in a good spot and a manageable walk

Nice and cozy accommodation at walking distance from the historic center.

We spent one night here. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Located near to the bus station and old town. The owner was really kind and helpful.
The only thing that imo need to be fix is the shower. When you are taking it, the water floods the floor and it can be pretty annoying. But the rest is very clean and tidy :)
3.5
Good size overall and handy to the bus terminal and one of the beaches
The bathroom was very small and access to the toilet really cramped. The shower recess had no capacity to stop the water spreading out of the shower onto the floor

very good value for little money. Host was super nice, very helpful. Never met friendlier people than them in my life!

The room was perfect for a short stay. Extremely close to Zadar main bus terminus, and a huge Interspar across the street from the bus station. Great wifi. Lovely reception upon arrival, friendly and kind. Gusto coffee machine and pods too, which was a lovely bonus.

Location was great, 20 minute walk into the old town, theres a spar, mcdonalds, lovely bakery, bus station within 2 minutes of Renata, clean comfortable accommodation
A bit hard to find when we arrived at 11pm so better signs would be good

This Guest house was so handy to the bus station and the town and supermarkets etc. The place was so spotlessly clean and the host was superb! Such a great place to stay and great value.

we were able to get our money back after one night and ended up staying one night instead of 3.
In room number 4 the mold smell is unbearable (mold is also a health hazard) and it was everywhere, AC vent, walls, shower head. Windows had no insect net so we had to choose to sleep with the windows closed, making the mold smell worse in order to not be kept awake by mosquitoes. At one point in the ealry morning (around 7-8) we opened the window because the heat and smell were unbearable and another guest was smoking right outside our window (1st floor, windows go in the interior garden).
The garden was not very well kept and there is
garden furniture in front of some first floor rooms and the host suggested that we go smoke there (next to their open windows/balconies) instead of the common area because she said it was dirty.
The bathroom is incredibly tiny, the sink tap is turned to max the water flows out of the sink. there is no floor separation between the shower spot and the rest of the bathroom, it all floods and the bathroom is unusable until it dries.
I don't know how other rooms are, but make sure you check everything upon arrival before you agree to stay.

Excelent Location, right behind the main bus station. Kitchenette in the room was a great bonus. Big room.
Renata was expecting me even as I arrived well past midnight on the last flight of the day, which I really appreciated.
Shower area is really tight and can flood the bathroom floor easily, but you cant really expect perfection on this price range :)
4.0
Friendly host, private parking, good installations (30mins walking from old town).
Shower head holder broken. All the bathroom is the shower, so everything gets wet. But its easy to clean with the appropriate tool (available in the bathroom).

The room was comfortable and the host was very helpful. We wanted to stay close to the bus station, so the location was perfect. There’s also a large supermarket very close. It’s a 20 min walk to the old town, which was no problem, we didn’t have to use any transport during our stay.

everything.
Near a more prominent sigh on the road, sat nav said I was there but I couldn't find it,it's easy when you know where it is.:-)
