I was in need of a tranquil, clean retreat. This property supplied my wishes and more. The owner had the home equipped with anything needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pond feature in the backyard was serene & relaxing. The squirrels and birds on the bird feeder made my days (owner provided food). I always felt safe and the neighborhood is quiet. Thanks Anne for providing a home away from home!

I’m a travel nurse and was sooooo lucky to find this little gem of a place!!! I stayed here for 13 weeks with my 2 small dogs and had a wonderful experience. From before I even booked the reservation, to my final checkout the owner, Anne, was amazing. She is considerate, excellent at staying in contact/communicating, and she seems to really care and pay attention to details.
Where do I start?? This property is even better than it looks-the pictures don’t do it justice! The backyard is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully landscaped. There is a koi pond with 4 fish and a fountain. The garden has roses and all kinds of flowers and greenery...there is even a little paved walkway. The patio has a grill, a fire pit, and the cutest string lights for evenings outside. The floor plan of the home is open and inviting...kitchen is very well-stocked...great washer and drier...wonderful jacuzzi tub in the master bath!...comfy beds...large wrap around sofa in the living room and lots of seating throughout...plenty of books, TV channels, and fast Wifi. There is an alarm system (very important for a single woman traveling alone), superb outdoor lighting in the front and back, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I felt totally comfortable walking my dogs and coming/going when it was still dark outside.
The location is close to several hospitals, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, etc but far enough away that you don’t feel any city congestion.
Anne was immediately responsive when the AC went out (not a good thing in the Texas summer heat) and it was fixed and working perfectly within just a few hours!!! She had a pool card sent out so I could swim/sun on my days off (there are 3 pools and the one I used was super close by the house, very clean, family-friendly, and always had lifeguards on duty).
I have stayed a lot of places and can without a doubt give this rental 5 glowing stars. I’d give more if I could! I absolutely recommend it and would stay here again. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much, Anne!! 😊

Wonderful Home
The house is very comfort with a good size family room and living room. We loved the pond and had fun taking care of the fish. I found it very relaxing to sit out by the pond and watch the fish and listen to the waterfall. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

Great for between homes
This home was clean and comfortable and was exactly what we needed until our new home was completed. We felt at home from the first day and the owner was very accommodating. All you need are your clothes because everything else is available. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors.
