My husband and I stayed here and we enjoyed every minute. It was exactly as the listing, even better in person. Everything went so smooth from booking to checking out. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Colorado Springs area.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood near trails. Location is close to grocery store. Good for our dogs with sliding door giving easy access to fenced backyard. House was bigger than expected and has multiple levels so you need to be good with stairs especially to reach bedrooms.

This property was absolutely perfect. It was much larger than I anticipated. The backyard was a wonderful spot to relax in after a long day on the lacrosse fields. We discovered Monument Lake just a few minute drive from the house and spent time there. Do not hesitate to book. We will definitely be back.

5 adult family members came from across the country and this home was absolutely perfect for us all. It was VERY clean and had an amazing kitchen stocked with every pot, pan, applicance, and dishware you could want. The host provided plenty of towels, linens, and thoughtful amenities. The lovely backyard was a treat to relax in the eveings. It was also nice to have the option to park inside the garage. But the best thing about this home was how comforable it was for a group with 3 distinct gathering areas. It's layout and decor really create a welcoming, relaxing environment. Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly. We would love to stay in this home again on our next visit.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. We have absolutely no complaints. The owners made everything easy for us. We enjoyed seeing the foxes that played in the backyard most days!

My son and 4 of his friends wanted to take a trip after their senior year in high school before they start college in the fall. They did alot of research and planning. I found this house in Monument Colorado that was perfect online. When we actually arrived and checked in the house exceeded all our expectations. The owner was great. The house was very clean and we will definitely stay here again if available.

The perfect rental house for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious house to rent in Monument. We traveled with our dog and the backyard was just the right size to let her run around, while the high fence gave us peace of mind. The home has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and not worry about the details. Some listings just say it, this one delivers. Access to the home was simple via the front door or garage. The driveway was long enough to accommodate my large vehicle and the garage was a perfect place to dry gear after a day outdoors. The home has a TON of space for families or groups of all sizes. Five stars all around and we would absolutely rent this home again on our next trip to Monument.

Everything was just as advertised. Clean comfortable accommodation allowed us to truly relax when needed. The property was spacious which allowed the room needed to refresh from outings in the area. Hosts were very communicative and personable. Thank you!

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a quick ride to the Air Force Academy. This is a perfect home for parents weekend or graduation and is dog friendly! The yard is great and the hole has multiple areas for either gathering or quiet time. Bill and Patti were wonderful and very accommodating!

We rented this home for two nights while in the area for a family event. The home was clean, very cozy, nice outdoor space with plenty of seating, LOTS of space so you don't feel cramped (there were 7 of us) and contained everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very responsive to messages, allowed us to check-in a little early, and provided a wonderful pet friendly environment. We literally felt like we were at "home" and not a rental! The neighborhood is very quiet and despite being close to the interstate, there was very little noise. Super easy access to shopping and food. Quick and easy access to Colorado Springs. The only drawback (though minor) was that the bed mattresses were extremely soft. If you sleep better on a medium or firm mattress, be prepared! Would definitely consider renting this home again and won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone we know looking for a quiet and relaxing rental in the Monument/Colorado Springs area.

I had several of my bridesmaids and their partners share this lovely home with me. There was ample space to spread out and have your private space as well as fun large group areas to hang together. Also great location - we had our rehearsal dinner downtown in Colorado Springs. Our guests hiked Garden of the Gods. We visited Monuments farmers market and hiked around Monument rock!! Great memories!! Thanks to our hosts for making us feel welcome and accommodating group!!

This was a GREAT place to stay. It literally was stocked with everything you could imagine! We stayed there for my daughters wedding at Pinecrest and it was all we ever imagined. It was super close and conveniently located to the venue. The house had plenty of room for everyone to gather in one room but also plenty of places for individuals to get away for peace and quiet. We hosted my daughter’s bridal brunch and it was a perfect set up. The open kitchen is very well stocked and we even found cute crystal serving platters to use. They even had an apron so we didn’t get dirty cooking. The owners were easy to get a hold of and super accommodating! Would highly highly recommend this place. 10/10!!!

This is a very central place to stay to do pikes peak, whaite water rafting, royal gorge, and Garden of the Gods. This house is very clean and organized. The host were great and welcomed us and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

This was our best experience staying with VRBO! The house was great and Bill and Patty were excellent hosts. The house was decorated for the holiday and made us feel like we were at home for Christmas. We had our entire family come to celebrate with us and everything was perfect. We will definitely tell others to stay here and will always check here first when returning to the area.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed at the property for her wedding weekend. The house was easy to find, entry and lockup were very straightforward, the rooms were perfect for what we needed, the owners were responsive to questions, the kitchen was large, the whole place was well-equipped with whatever we needed, and everyone thought it was perfect for all the weekend wedding activities (bridal party welcome dinner, babysitting for 2 kids during the wedding, etc). It was just a terrific place to stay or just hang out. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, well equipped home, perfect for a large family! Safe, quiet neighborhood great for walking or biking, close to food, grocers, and fun! The owners were super responsive and accommodating. Felt like staying with family, the home has everything you need in the kitchen and lots of games, legos, and screens. One thing - the elevation in Monument is 7100 ft. So keep that in mind if you’re from the Midwest, like us.

We stayed here for a quick Thurs-Sun weekend getaway and were blown away with how nice this home was. Bill and Patty did a fantastic job of providing the perfect home for my family of 6. Great amenities, beds were perfect, TV's worked great for the College Football watching on Saturday and the distance to and from C-Springs and Castle Rock were ideal. Highly recommend a swing into Rosies Diner for breakfast! Took the entire family and we loved it.

This property is exceptional! We found it to be better than expected in almost all aspects. It was an excellent home for our stay with 7 guests. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces are very comfortable. The hosts were always prompt and kind throughout all communications. They were even very kind to allow us to extend our stay by an extra day! I highly recommend this property.
