A fuir !!!

Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation !!! La nuit à plus de 30€ est tout simplement du vol ! Certes la vue sur la cascade est magnifique mais c'est le seul atout de cet hôtel ! Le personnel était clairement blazé d'accueillir les clients, aucun effort de communication et zéro sourire... Des frais d'assurances en plus ont été ajoutés à notre note ce qui n'était pas précisé. Le petit déjeuner était fade, la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos ! L'hôtel est bien plus vieux qu'il ne paraît ! Les draps étaient tachés. L'eau chaude était en option et aucun débit !!! A éviter !!!! Il y a autour de TadLo beaucoup d'hébergements disponibles pour moins cher et avec le même standing voir plus !!! Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous, ne réservez pas sur booking !! Vous trouverez sur place sans soucis !

Best location für den Besuch des Tad Lo.

Lage, Lage, Lage! Direkt an den Wasserfällen -super! Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet.

Unter den Cottages lag alter Bauschutt und Müll.

Belle situation au pied des cascades

Super bien situé, au pied des cascade de Tad Lo. Les logements sont intégrés à la nature, dans les bois. On entend en permanence le son de la cascade pour s'endormir.

Distance du personnel ne parlant pas anglais du tout. Seul un responsable pouvait expliquer en Anglais mais n'était malheureusement pas trop présent. Petit déjeuner un peu moyen et idem sur le resto Oubliez la rencontre avec les éléphants, c'est triste et un peu glauque. On en a vu qu'un et que c'était triste

Stunning Location

We loved this resort set within the Tad Lo waterfall. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were tasty also

Unfortunately for us it was a Laos public holiday so there were hundreds of people playing music exceptionally loud. This took away from the reason why we chose to stay here. This isn’t the fault of the resort but it did affect our overall experience

The staff was really nice and tried their best, restaurant was also very good, good variety of food.

Hot water didnt work and no internet in the room, overall quality of room can be upgraded.

Superb

Location is what its all about with this accommodation. Basic cabins right next to the river, and the waterfall seen easily from the restaurant, with nature all around. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was nice even if a bit on the expensive side, but there are other options in the village. I was happy to have a mozzie net over our bed,, but the fan wasn't required as it was cool in the room. The bed was comfy for us. Totally recommend this place as long as you are not looking for luxury!

If i had anything to suggest as an improvement it would be to have a fridge for hotter days, but we certainly didn't miss having one.

Very good

Really good tomato omelette for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable with all new bedding and soft pillows. Stunning view of the waterfall from the restaurant balcony and you really felt you were amongst nature. Staff were lovely.

lots of big spiders at room, too many holes over the walls. they say they accept card but it is false. better to stay at pakse and going from there

Good location near two waterfalls. Decent breakfast included.

Uncomfortable bed. Watch out - the amount on the bill doesn't match the prices written in the menu. The exchange rate they use is much higher than other places (1.85M vs. 1.7M).

wonderful staff / a lovely welcome and amazing setting !

The setting is amazing. The waterfall and forest frame this lovely lodge. The reception area is wonderful place to hang out and eat or drink.

Just getting back on its feet again after Covid they didn’t have much on the menu. I totally appreciate it’s also the raining season and we were the only guests. I believe more guests were arriving the day we left.

nice place in an amazing spot but a bit abandoned (covid)

the spot and the rooms are amazing.

very dirty outside: garbage pretty much all over, bins overflowing. Staff didn’t seem to care as I never saw them cleaning. the rooms were very clean though. besides there was no restaurant: no drinks at all (but staff went for beers on my behalf), almost no food besides basic fried rice and instant noodles. this very likely due to COVID. i was actually the only person staying there.
