About this house rental
The house is set in the back of a quiet cul de sac on a large lot with huge back yard that includes private heated pool and spa. Master suite provides King bed, private bathroom and large walk in closet. Two rooms provide Queen beds and one room with 2 Twin beds. A second bathroom is a jack and jill bathroom between other bedrooms. Beautiful professional Pool table and games for hours of play. POOL HEAT and WiFi INCLUDED, THAT MEANS FREE. Great vacation property for families
We had two groups of family members meet in Arizona and stay at this property. We are so thankful we chose to stay here… It was excellent! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and had everything we needed to ensure Santa made his stop and didn’t get lost. Plus it was convenient for shopping and eating. Looking forward to another visit already!

Beautiful property
We were there for a wedding so didn’t get to enjoy patio and pool which looked lovely. The check-in and cleanliness was exactly what they said. I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. Oh, there were no blow dryers. Thank goodness us girls brought ours.

it is a beautiful home with an awesome pool w/waterfall & hot tub. the house has a perfect, private setting. there were plenty of bath towels. along with lots of beach towels. there are plenty of condiments and spices, etc

Absolutely loved this home the pool everything was great we didn’t need for anything household wise they provided for us their even infant friendly their was a high chair here as well all yu have to do is just bring yur own groceries their Even was seasonings and basic condiments overall this is a great home..only negative thing was theirs a set temperature of 74 in the house and it can get a little on the warm side but if you cut all the fans on it’s not bad at all loved loved loved this house our stay was amazing definitely will choose this house again if we come back

Great place for a family vacation
We were here in late May for a family vacation. We have other family in the area so it was a great location. The house was well appointed and had all the dishes/spices that we needed to prepare meals not only for our Family but for an extended Family dinner as well.
The pool and hot tub were clean and the water was awesome.
The location is great, close to stores and food.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Anthem.

We were beyond pleased with this experience!! Beautiful home and perfect location for our trip to Arizona!!! Everything we needed was there. The backyard and pool was beautiful and it was walking distance from the community center. I highly recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future!!!

I want to start by thanking Steve for his wonderful communication and willingness to correct any problems immediately. We had a little issue with the pool upon checkin and Steve had Alex, the pool guy, on it right away. He’s a great homeowner and all-around nice guy. The home was beautiful and in the lovely town of Anthem. We were concerned it might be too far from everything in Phoenix but decided it was just perfect. We could drive into Phoenix or Scottsdale easily but the local area was perfect for shopping and family recreation. The house was perfect for our family. We only needed 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen adequately stocked and the grill and outdoor dining was used everyday. My two teens loved the pool table too. The star of this property is definitely the outdoor spaces and the heated pool. It was so nice we were in it at least once a day! Thank you for the lovely vacation Steve. We VRBO often and this is definitely on our return list! We’ve even discussed making Anthem part of our retirement plan.

Lake Pleasant Getaway
The house has everything you and your guest can ask for. We loved the place, the amenities, the neighborhood, the location and surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax and enjoy the day and evenings. Beautiful Lake Pleasant is a short 15 minute drive away if you’re looking for a place to stay and enjoy the lake as well. I highly recommend this place for a large family, family & friends, guys trip, ladies trip, or any combo of the above. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, go for it.

Great House in Anthem
This was our first stay in Anthem and it is a really nice area. Grocery store really close by, as well as other stores and restuarants. We stayed during the pandemic and didn't really venture out at all, but we were able to get everything we needed. The house is way better than the pictures. It's a nice place for families or couples to enjoy. The spa was a nice feature and the pool was great for the kids. We would definitely recommend this house and area for a relaxing stay in north Phoenix.

We were so pleased with our stay. The pool was wonderful, hot tub is awesome. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. This was a perfect sized house for 4 adults, but it has plenty of space for a larger party as well, kids included. They had games and movies for all ages. We had such a wonderful time!!!

Terrific January getaway
lovely house with open kitchen to living space. Jack and Jill main bathroom. We got a lot of use of the room right inside the front door with the pool table. The back yard is so big with plenty of seating. The pool is heated and capable of getting very warm.
I didn't have to communicate with the manager of the property but I did with the Steve the owner. He is very responsive and helpful with any issues or questions.

This house is nice and well decorated. The pool and spa are very good, although you have to drag a plastic cover over at night if you want to use heat, which isn’t the greatest, but okay if you have buddies. However, for the price, neighborhood, location, it was a very good deal. The owner was very responsive and friendly. No problems with the house or anything not working or being there. All around very good.
