Comfortable and relaxing

A lovely stay, we had a beautiful room and the roof bar and restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Immer wieder gut in diesem Hotel zu sein

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon in diesem Hotel. Daher kannten wir die Lage und die Annehmlichkeiten.

Es stört leider, das durch die Bauweise sich die Fenster der Zimmer gegenüber sind. Man ist meistens gezwungen, doch den Vorhang zu zu ziehen und Licht an zumachen.

Väldigt bra läge, kort väg att gå till promenaden utmed floden, lätt att ta sig ut ur stan om en vill utforska omgivningarna. Hjälpsam personal.

Hotel für Bus-Massentourismus trotz Corona

Großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne Dachterrasse mit guter Speise- und Getränkeauswahl.

Frühstück für Europäer sehr dürftig. Frühstücksraum gleicht vom Geräuschpegel dem eines Wartesaals. Nur wenige TV Programme funktionieren. Starke Geräuschbelästigung durch Busse, die im Lobbybereich ihre Gäste bei ständig laufendem Motor ausladen, dann später zum auswärtigen Abendessen bringen und nach 22 Uhr zurück kommen. Morgens ab 7 Uhr das gleiche Schauspiel zur Abfahrt. Betroffen sind davon alle Zimmer im Umfeld der Lobby. Ein verantwortlicher Manager, der diese Missstände hätte abstellen können, war nicht verfügbar.

My guest was accused publicly of stealing slippers from the room by receptionist on checking out. I was embarrassed in front of other guests. I insisted that they check and came back to say the missing item was in the laundry. This is unacceptable behaviour from a hotel he has stayed at a number of times.

Very nice modern hotel and great value for money with good facilities

Very nice rooms with good amenities and comfortable bed. Sky Bear and Bar served great food and good wine list.

TV channels did not have any International News Channels

Quiet location. Balcony to sit out on in the evening. Car parking. Relaxed atsomphere.

Would have prefer a bath also by only stayed few days so not important. Stayed with extended thai family who had children so pool would have been good.

The Hotel surroundings were lovely rooms a good size.

Can be noisy at night from other guests as the walls must be thin. Room Service was only until 2pm and Sky Bar Closed
