Excelente

Muy comodo. Limpio. Tenia articulos de cocina completo ademas de una fabulosa cafetera. Cuenta con lavavajillas ademas de Implementos basicos azucar. Cafe. Aceite, contaba con television y Closet. Aire acondicionado. Tenía libros para lectuta.

Podria mejorar. Tener no solo javon. Sino tambien shampoo y acondicionador.

Gemütliche, stilvolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage mitten in der Neustadt ist gut, alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher wieder buchen.

Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht und auch sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der belebten Neustadt von Dresden, aber die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof und total ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Nähe sind viele Geschäfte, gleich um die Ecke auch ein Bäcker. Es war auch super, dass wir einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz bekommen haben, denn auf der Straße ist es schlecht mit parken und auch Gebührenpflichtig. Wenn wir nochmals in Dresden sind, würden wir auf jeden Fall diese Ferienwohnung wieder nehmen!

Jeżeli w przyszłości będę miała Dresden w planach to z pewnością tylko tu .

Obiekt w centrum przy bardzo głośnej ulicy ale ku mojemu zaskoczeniu w obiekcie nie było tego odczuć . Parking podziemny . Ale na najwyższa ocena zasługuje Pan opiekujący się obiektem . Doskonały kontakt i pomocny ze wszystkim .

A great stay

The location is excellent, the flat is great for a few nights stay, kitchen has all essentials, very clean! I would definitely stay here again!

All was great, although the host was a little bit late due to the traffic but there is a cute bakery near by to kill the time.

We couldn't have booked into a better place - right in the heart of the very colourful and vibrant new town, and a quick tram ride to the old town. The apartment was really comfortable with everything we needed. If we had the opportunity to come back to Dresden, we would definitely book into these apartments again.

Nice apartment in an interesting neighbourhood. It's pretty cozy and peaceful since windows are not pointing to the streets. There are a lot of bars and cafes in the short walk distance. The cheap parking option is a great advantage

You can hear noises from the stairwell very well but it's getting quite in the night so it's not a big deal. The mattress is soft, so if you can't sleep on something that is not a rock hard you will not get a good sleep - again, it depends ;)

Hidden Treasure

This beautifully decorated small apartment is a very quiet place because the building is in a backyard,. Right in the middle of the abundance of bars and restaurants of Dresden-Neustadt. The kitchen offers everything you need. Lots of info about Dresden, comfortable bed.

It's a bit dark because of the tree right in front of the balcony. Ideal in hot summers, though :)

In general I would recomend this place.

Apartment is done with simple matirials ant the same time it is stylish. There is everything you would need during the stay - coffee, tea, basic kitchen equipment. Atmospere is very positive.

Process of key collection was painfull. It took me 35 minutes to wait outside of the street. Punctuality is not their best side.

Feels like home

Eventhough the apartment it's not in the hard of the old city, it's location is great.You have so many bars,restaurants and shops around,that you almost don't want to leave the area. And the fact that you have the view in the inside courtyard, it's really quiet. What surprised me is that you have caffe,sugar,tee and some condiments to your disposable. The kitchen it's really good stacked. Last but not least, the cleaning lady should keep up the good job, it was really clean. PS.: Packing is 3 Euros/day in a garage under the building.

Apartment was lovely and had everything that you require. Host was accomodating and helpful.

Not in the best of the Dresden suburbs, but apartment was secure.
