Chambre correcte mais problème de gestion de checkout

Bon emplacement, lit confortable. Chambre d'hôtel correcte.

J'ai demandé plusieurs fois à quelle heure on devait quitter la chambre, j'ai confirmé avec la réception et sur internet que c'était bien 12h. À 11h35 je me suis retrouvée bloquée hors de ma chambre (serrures à code) et l'assistance me dit que c'est parce que je devais partir avant 11h30 !! Inadmissible ! Heureusement ils sont venus me débloquer rapidement.

Bien dormi et le personnel est agréable

Le petit déjeuner était bien il manquait juste du jambon

Au niveau de la douche dans la chambre la marche est un peu haute pour les personnes ayant un peu de mal à enjambe. Sinon le reste était très bien.

Situation proche de Cherbourg

Plutôt vétuste.. Chaleur dans les chambres Toilette vraiment mal placée. Slb vraiment moyenne Pas de sèche-cheveux Oreillers très très mou.. Porte de la chambre forcée donc ne ferme pas bien Pas insonorisé (route a côté) Accueil nul le jeune homme au téléphone pas accueillant du tt .. Petit déj pas beaucoup de choix . Bb non rénové le prix de ceux la devrait être moindre par rapport à ceux qui ont été rénovés..

Good value, comfortable sleep.

Room was as described, but comfortable and good value. Convenient location for supermarket and couple of restaurants and short drive to ferry terminal.

Self serve check in computer didnt work and there wasnt anyone at the desk. Then no-one answered the phone. Luckily it was close to the time when a staff member was due back on his shift (5.30pm - empty from 4.30-5.30)

Disappointing. Over priced. Poor value for money.

Our son enjoyed the mezzanine level bed, was the best space in the room.

Room was dark and cramped and the bathroom was so small that you had to put your knees under the sink to get to the toilet. Breakfast was basic and not good value for money.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice. The location was perfect for an overnight stop on the way to the ferry port. It was a budget accommodation not more or less. The breakfast was very good

Exceptional

Excellent with a good choice of food staff really helpful as our car broke down and they called a garage and taxi to the port. Amazing

Great nights sleep, will come again

Everything went well for us, we had no issues at all. Our room was perfect, we had plenty of space and a really big comfortable bed

there was no paper in the printer at check in. This would not have been a problem if the screen advised on this but it kept showing up the option to print but with no output. In the end I only required a copy of the code to enter our room so a phone photo was sufficient

Wish we had stayed at the Ibis just up the road.

Easy to find. Breakfast actually quite good for budget hotel and included in price. Easy parking. It was clean with an acceptable en suite.

Limited reception staff times. Arrived 4.30pm but had to book in via computer screen outside. Took 3 attempts. Outside of building looks like run down social housing block of flats with each storey having outside covered walkway to your room. Prefabricated concrete construction. Car park has facility for disabled parking but with no option to choose a room, getting a wheel chair up three flights of stairs would be a challenge as there is no lift. Room ‘compact’ with good size, but firm bed taking up most of the space. Having criticised the hotel, it had many guests and I think many single people who were probably company reps on business. With no restaurant facilities, thunder storm and heavy rain meant we had to resort to a Burger King very close to the hotel. Total disaster but that’s another story and no fault of the hotel.

Size of the room was very good, children were delighted with beds on the top floor, it was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
