Passable

The location and surroundings were great. We were looking for a nice retreat from city life and we got it. There are other 3 houses but you don't hear them at all. Hence feels private. You have a small boat for your own use. Great playground too.

Unfortunately, all these advantages got diminished by the state of the cottage. It was not cleaned properly, and it felt like just some dust were cleaned. Needed to clean fridge and dishes myself. The shower needs proper cleaning and upgrades. We felt that owners have neglected the place and just collect money, which is really unfortunate as the area is amazing. The playground needs a safety check as I found at the end of our stay that one screw is missing from the slide.

Beautiful nature, lake just a few steps away, dedicated boat for each house, very quite, perfect place for relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Facilities could be improved and cleaned a bit more, not just surfaces. Children play-house had a huge hole, was not really safe for children to play. It is quite far from the main road and bigger city.

Cozy spot with amazing lake view

Perfect place for nature lovers, host (Margarita) was very kind and helpful with information and helped with all questions. Definetly coming back.

Location is amazing! Peace and quite.

House need some renovation. Bed not comfortable anymore, bathroom is not clean, not all electrical sockets and bulbs are working, kitchen tools need to be updated, fireplace poker is missing.

Location, peasful surrounding, facilieties

Some items need to be updated - dishes, taps, some furniture. Mostly needed dishes and pots - rest is more or less ok.

Peacefull and remote

The property is a calm place with good and friendly staff. Good place to stay with family, decent beach and lake good for fishing.

Could be cleaner, but overall ok. The place is quite remote and one needs to take gravel roads. Nearest shop that we found was shop 10km away gravel road in Salakas. So better come prepared ready to stay there.

Only one plus - pets are allowed

Hardwood is for free, no need for charcoal Water from tap is drinkable but not too tasty Air conditioner was working There was a personal boat. Fridge was a minibar size, but at least was working Best thing about this place - pets are allowed.

Literally everything is worn-out Floor, terrace, beds, furniture, cutlery, bbq equipment. Sofa sleeping part was totally broken Not related to the apartments: enormous amount of horse flies and huge wasps They accept 5 person in one house, while comfy sleep is only for 4

Wonderful getaway!

The property and location is wonderful, no noises, pure nature and a lake just across the grass. They provide a row boat for each house which you can use at your convenience. The air conditioner was wonderful!

The cleanliness is subpar as the floors and other parts of the house were not particularly clean. The bathroom could use an uplift.

Relaxing and recharging

Place is really nice and relaxing. All facilities provided. A lot of space, so it feels very privite. Nature, lake, sauna, hottube all amazing.

The only thing that can be improved is the bathroom. It really really really need a renovation. Or at least a deep deep clean. But that's all.
