It was like being in the forest , in cabins

Clean and well equiped rooms with nice veranda at the front. A lot of different wild animals coming very close. We admired the peacocks, monkeys, squirrels and colourful birds around. Just about 2 minutes walk to the silent beach. Very nice and helpful staff and delicious cuisine prepared by the owner family.
The path to the bungalow became slippery after the rain.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gutes Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant

The host is super friendly. They partner with a nearby restaurant and can even provide a meal right on the beach under a small canopy. The beach was nice and quiet.
The affordable price reflects the not so positive side of the property.
Not located where its position is marked on the Booking.com site or google maps. The nearby 5* hotel commands over the beachfront up to 2 or 3 rows. The accommodation is actually located behind the hotel complex some 300 meters from the beach and approximately 30 meters above (!) sea level. See attached snip - blue dot near the top is where the property is located).

De locatie is echt perfect! De host is super vriendelijk en we mochten zelfs lunchen op het strand. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in hun restaurant (the boat kitchen).
De ruimte is vochtig. Maar zoals hierboven vermeld de locatie en de vriendelijke mensen maken dat helemaal goed!

This place is a hidden gem, located close to a wonderful beach. The hosts dont speak much English but are very kind and would even serve our lunch at the beach. The rooms are simple but clean. The shower even had hot water and good water pressure. The bed was comfy. Our room had aircon, which was perfect as the weather got really hot during our stay. We loved the breakfast and the fresh juices. The fish we had for dinner was amazing, too.
Maybe a bit pricier than similar places in Sri Lanka, but absolutely worth the price.

Nice cottage, close to nice Silent beach.
May be feeling lonely there in late April.

The host Pramesh and his sister was super friendly, he showed me to a snorkeling spot and gave me equipment free of charge as well as showed me around the city with motorbike and took me to the super market. My stay has been above my expectations and they have really made it special. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, the food provided here by his siter has been the best highly recommend the Avocado and Prawn salad it was one of the best I've had on the island. Location is just a minute away from one of the most quiet and beautiful white sand beaches in Sri Lanka with coral reef and natural pools.
An unexpected jewel. Looking forward to come back.
Got no complaints.

When we arrived we got a refreshing pineapple juice. The way to the rooms are pretty steep and uneven. The rooms are small and hot at night but that didn't bother us because of the fan. The rooms were tidy. Owners were nice. You only walk two minutes to secret beach.

The room is very basic but has everything needed. The staff was honestly super friendly. I lost my key and they organized a new one and even gave me a ride once. The bed is comfy and the bathroom clean.
I think there might have been some animals feces on the bed once. Not sure tho and I couldn’t see or hear any mice so I let it slip :)
I‘d recommend this place - it’s very close to the beach and in a quiet area!

Very close to the beach, excellent breakfast. Basic room but with everything you need.
The owner has a small restaurant as well so that is easy for lunch or dinner. Very kind owner.

The young family that runs the establishment was absolutely charming! They keep their place nice and tidy, and cook great srilankan food ! The private access to Silent Beach, with service (drinks and meals) served directly on the sunbeds were greatly appreciated. Absolutely recommend !
Wifi could be better, but not the worst we had in Sri Lanka 😉

The bungalow is a 2min walk from the most beautiful beach, Silent beach. Quiet, gorgeous beach. Super clear water, you can see many fish. Hard to beat. Exactly what we were looking for after spending 3 days in Mirissa. And the sun beds are included in your stay, which is extra bonus. There are two bars at the other end of the beach, called Silent Point (no music, just the waves). Perfect place to have a drink.
Our hut was basic but had everything you need- hot water, perfectly working air con, fan, little terrace, it was clean. Very good wifi. None of these things were working well in our previous accommodations that was more expensive. We booked 1 night snd ended up staying 3 nights. The hosts were really lovely and caring, food they prepared was super delicious, best we had on the island. We loved our stay.

The beach is right around the corner.

I loved everything about this place! The family is lovely and showed us around to discover their unique culture. Their openness and kindness made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, typical Sri Lankan food. Would always always come back. Thanks for everything!

cute little place with great value if you are looking for something cheap near silent beach. The bathroom and facilities were ok. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend for a short stay to enjoy the amazing silent beach but not for longer than 2 days.

Near to the beautiful Silent beach. Which is just stunning. You have to see it! Host and his wife are very nice, taking care of us.
Super tiny dark room full of lizzards isn’t a problem. But there is no window nor ventilation, humidity inside the room is super high and as it rained few times, we had everything moist for all the time. The host is super nice, unfortunatelly his English isn’t the best..

Very close to the beautiful silent beach; the breakfast is great (choice of Sri Lankan or Western) and the host tries to help with anything.
Unfortunately I cannot join into the very good reviews…
I stayed for four nights at the end of Feb. The „Villa“ is very small, dark, tiny washroom, and no hooks or shelfs to store anything.
Might work for one night, but I had to leave a lot of my stuff on the floor.
Sorry, but I wouldn’t go again.

Perfect location, literally right beside to one of the most beautiful beach in SriLanka - Silent Beach.
Very delicious food prepared by the family. If you don't mind spicy food ask them to cook it like for locals and you won't regret it. And the portions are big too :-) I recommend to order local SriLankan food.
Aircondition was working fine.

Nice owner and his wife. Great food at a good price. In addition, clean sheets and towels. Free sunbeds on the beach are a big plus. You can see monkeys and peacocks on the trees.
The bathroom could use ventilation or a window. Better to put towels outside because inside they won't dry. Better air conditioning in the room would be nice.

Best breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka!
Super lovely hosts who went out of their way to help with anything we needed (snorkel hire was well worth it!)
Sunbeds on the beach included with your stay. The beach is the most stunning, quiet and clean we have seen in Sri Lanka.
The Boat Kitchen is part of the same location, run by the same family. They kindly made our lunch and brought it to the beach for us, by far the best value for money on Silent Beach and very delicious!

It was hidden accommodation right next to the best beach we have experienced on this holidays. On the beach there is very nice private place for the guests with lounger, table and a shelter. The owner was very helpful and nice. His wife made a perfect dinner.
Small dark room. When we arrive nobody was there.

Amazing place in the nature near the beach, which is currently empty. Family owned business.
Great place for those, who want to avoid all crowded turist places.
Hosts rented us scooter, cooked fish and lobster, offered tuk tuk service, helped to get tour to Yala for good price, provided sun beds in the beach for free!
AC and fan worked perfectly. Warm water always there.
Place is perfect for birds lovers :)

Friendly owner and host. They made nice food and were helping on their own initiative with our sickness due to food poison we got from someplace in Ella. Our hut was basic but had everything you need (including ac). O, almost forgot the mention the perfect beach!
The hosts could improve their English a bit more so they can be more helpful. Also the bed is not perfect and the cabins shower could be improved.

The hosts very really lovely, the food they prepared extremly delicious and its just a few steps away from a super beautiful beach. They organised as well our trip to Ella! We definately come back!

So closed to the beach that we walked barefoot, relaxed atmosphere. A really silent place away from touristic crowds.
