The employees attention and attitude were excellent. They were very helpful when sorting out the problems we had.
Not suitable for persons with mobility limited.
The room facing the road uncomfortable during the night due to the noise from the street.
10.0
The layout of the place. The service attitude of the staff. The location.
In the restaurant: The attitude of giving us the vegetarian food that we requested. The service attitude of the waitress
The restaurant doesn't have enough variety of vegetarian and vegan options nor nonalcoholic benerages

Everything was awesome, from the second I stepped in the staff was really friendly, the place was neat.

The Staff was great, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was on point. The view to the lake is nice too. It was a good distance to Pantano de Vargas, the hot Springs and Paipa's main plaza.
The road to get to the hotel is a shame, dinner was cold, probably worse nachos I ever had. The room can use a fan, it gets hot around noon.

Excellent location, amazing lake view. Kind and efficient staff. Good food at the restaurant. Amazing bed, very comfortable.
Nothing, great hotel.

Boutique Hotel is located in a great location and is pretty new so every everything runs well
We suggest to review stairs since some steps are higher than others, so we encourage the administration to review to prevent incidents
