Beautiful room with view sea view in a quiet small town. We had the most wonderful stay. Easy access to different restaurants and perfect connection to visit Capri island.
Parking has to be paid separately and there could be some warm options for breakfast

We had a very great family time at Palazzo Murrano thanks to Alfonso, Nella and all staff. Very family- vibey hotel. Even though I have a broken leg I had a blast due to all the things Alfonso had arranged. Location is very convenient, rooms are tidy and beds comfortable. Recommended 100/10:)

Alfonso & his staff were brilliant. We went out of season so local facilities wasn't 100% up and running he arranged staff to take us to train stations and vico. He's a very proud Italian and wants you to see the best of italy ask him to arrange a trip and he's more than happy to do so nothing is to much trouble I'd certainly recommend staying
It's a tiny bit out the way but if you stay in open season it's fine I know some people might find it daunting getting public transport in a foreign country but most people speak English and it's very easy finding your way around
5.0
Its right in front of the beach and The public transport . So easy to reach and well thought of every detail. Breakfast is decent , bathrooms are huge .
No lift, if you are carrying big bags please watch out. You need to climb about 15 steps with big bags.

Small hotel, very nice rooms, lovely interior design, balconies with spectacular views of the Gulf of Napoli and Vesuv, access to the beach club right in front, and many options for boat trips to Capri, Amalfi Coast, etc.

The view from the room was amazing and breakfast was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Alfonso was great, as well a the other staff on duty at reception and breakfast.
4.0
The hotel is really nice and comfortable, and the location is really good if you have a car. The place is right before the madness of the Amalfi Coast starts, which means you still are really close but in a quieter area. All staff members were absolutely fabulous to us, starting with Alfonso, who helped both before and during our stay with great recommendations on things to do and how to get around. Everybody else was also exceptional, the cleaning crew, the other two receptionists (Ana Maria and Giuseppe if I am not wrong!) and the lady that helped us with the breakfast every morning. Breakfast was great and the view from the room is also really good. We will probably repeat the experience at some point and would recommend.
A few things could have gone better:
We requested a double bed a couple of times as we were in our honeymoon but were given two twin beds joined, which was not ideal. We did not want to change rooms beause we realised this after we had settled in the room with all our staff, so we never mentioned this.
One night we were away to have a shower after dinner but the hot water did not seem to be working. Giuseppe came up in the middle of the night to "turn on the gas" and fixed this, although it took some time to solev the problem (as you would epect from something like this). Giuessepe was excellent so no complain there, although not sure what was going on with the water.
We were also left without air conditionihng and electricity due to a bad connection of our key card to the main system. Ana Maria was fab helping us with this and the problem seemed to fixed itself after a while of fidgetting with the light.
In general, specially the last couple of things, no something you would expect from a 4 stars hotel and maybe something to consider a bit of investment in, but nothing to do with the staff members that were absolutely amazing all the time.
Something that would have been nice would have been a bottle of prosecco or some chocolates for our honeymoon, but of course this is not mandatory, just a nice to have :)
In summary, a good stay overall and we would recommend but maybe a couple of touch-ups required to make it more amazing :)

Everything.
Every thing was perfect.

Location & view to marina , very friendly staff who will go the extra mile to make your stay feel Perfect. Love the concept of small boutique hotel , very cosy . Has a great beach club with great views , delicious food & super friendly hostess who did the extra mile to make you feel at home .
The location is perfect for a week end escape if you don’t want to stay in Naples but near Sorrento, Amalfi , Positano.
There is a train station up the hil aprox 20 mns walk which is ok but if it rains and on top strike not ideal . So make sure if you arrive by train to get the bus hours as you might be waiting over an hour to get there . But really easy to reach . 1 stop train to Sorrento & you can also take a boat which will take you to Sorrento , Positano & Amalfi ( tickets via reception) very good value and worth it as really no need to take a car as no parking space! Visiting in 2 hours is good enough for an ice cream, lunch & some souvenirs plus the panorama pictures from up the hill . Worth it every penny
Nothing to complain . Just if you come by train from Naples make sure to organise a pick up or bus or you might have to walk down the hill (best train stop Vico Equense )

Exceptional communication and assistance by hotel staff. Beautiful rooftop area for breakfast with excellent breakfast options. The property and rooms smelled so clean and fresh; everything was bright and inviting. The rooms had very modern amenities which were a nice plus! Excellent pizza place with great value across the street.
Just an FYI regarding the area..They don't serve pizza in restaurants near the beach during weekdays until 7 pm. Limited lunch options. Weekends may be different.

hotel and rooms were beautiful
to many steps to get to the dining area (only for someone elder)

We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel situated just across the small harbor of Vico Equense, at equal distance of the main objectives in the area.
We felt welcome and the staff was very nice accommodating our needs. We were also
provided with tips to optimize our visit of Amalfi Coast , Capri … . the breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent

Nothing! hard to leave!

The set up was very nice, clean, and adorable with the partial over view of the ocean.👍🏼
The staff was very nice and helpful Yo our needs.
The only things that was an inconvenient was, that we had too walk to the train station and it took about a fifteen minute walk to get there, and if you don’t mind walking. From there we took the train ride to the town of Sorrentos. It was a ten minute ride by train which was not bad at all.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Alfonso, Francisco, Giuseppe, and Anna were super friendly/helpful the entirety of our stay.
Wish it had a better view of the water .
3.5
Very clean, functional room with a nice view over the harbour. Breakfast on the terrace was good.
Transport links with Sorrento are poor. Courtesy buses are infrequent, and taxis are almost non-existent. Unless you have hired a car, it would be very difficult to get around from this hotel.

The best part is the team! so nice and accommodating.. I’d definitely go back
That the private beach was close

Everything was perfect, more than we expected! And Alfonso is the best host, he helped to arrange everything we needed - boat, restaurant, even suggestions for what to see and we felt truly welcome, Thank you for arranging great memories!
5.0
Everything! It is a boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. It is a small jewel framed into the pitoresque Marina D'Aequa fisherman village. Our room (Positano) is really big, fits easily 4 people. Large and comfy bed, fantastic view over the gulf on Naples. Fresh breakfast, nice staff.
A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.
